In Auckland - me English, dh kiwi ds1 8 (London born like me) and ds2 3 (kiwi born like dh). As ds1 tells everybody for some unknown reason. Been here 5 years.

PS am coming to Melbourne on own for the weekend tomorrow - me excited never shopping here we come and dinner with ghosty.

Robinp, I spoke to her on a thread afew days ago & she is back in the UK.

Neuroticmum is in Sydney, struggling with newborn not sleeping. Not on much at the moment. Also has relatives over from the UK.

Have been in Perth 10 months tomorrow! Over here for good with DH, dd1 (6) dd2 (3).

All loving it, the girls actually have grandparents only 5 mins away (we're still enjoying the novelty and the babysitting!)

Bloody hot today. About 39 degrees I think. Only dashed out to put the washing out which dried in about 5 seconds. Cardboard towels now in tumbledryer...

Moved to ChCH in Sept 2006, me born in the UK to Kiwi parents (who are now back here for good too), DH a Brit (mostly Welsh). DD (3) born in the UK, DS (1 next week - HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?????) born in NZ. Sister and her husband also currently living in Wellington.

The Wellington lot are being very quiet - there's a few of 'em there.

Weather's v good, Arfishy. Best summer in 10 years they're saying. My dd has loads of clothes she is growing out of and never wore, as she's pretty much been living in a singlet since Christmas
