Batiste fry shampoo is amazing for keeping your hair shiny and clean - when I was in hospital, a 17 week stay for a complicated orthopaedic injury, I used it 3 times a week. I also painted my nails and wore make-up, it made me feel more like me than an inpatient.

Pamela, wishing you well with the chemo. Are you staying in hospital while this cycle is completed? The photo of you and Kerr is fabulous, in sickness and in health truly demonstrated.

sending more love and a white rose - you look amazing xxx

Fabulous photo of a lovely and clearly devoted couple. And Pamela, I want your hair and eyebrows! The night from hell and yet you rise up looking beautifully groomed.

TightPants · 12/07/2023 14:23

Wow, what a lovely photo of you both ❤️

Time to kick cancer’s arse now Pamela 💪🏼

Enforceddrysummer · 12/07/2023 14:25

Love the photo and what a wonderful husband you have.

FrogtheDog · 12/07/2023 14:28

Yes, love your visualisation. Slay that alien!!

jamfirstcreamsecond · 12/07/2023 14:29

Goodness me, you've been through the absolute wringer and yet you're still battling like the absolute queen that you are. And, looking absolutely fabulous to boot!
It's been said many times but you are an inspiration. Not only for the fortitude you display but in seeking out the little joys that we all take for granted. I salute you, and your wonderful Kerr.

I'm clearly going through a mid life crisis as I recently purchased a Playstation and now spend far too much time gaming! My husband thinks it's hilarious. Anyway, I've named my latest character after your username in your honour. So, your alter ego is busy slaying all the baddies . I hope you approve . X

please talk to the pain management about nighttime pain. If you can sleep you’ll be better to cope with the days and your poor body will get some respite . You look amazing today, you actually look better to me so I think the drains must be working. Much love to you and Kerr. Caroline

heathspeedwell · 12/07/2023 14:31

So lovely to see you both. It must be so hard for Kerr seeing you going through this. The love you have for each other will give you strength.
Lets hope that things start to improve for you. We all just want to see you pain free and responding well to the chemo.
Here are two photos of my doggies. They are smiling at you beautiful Pamela ❤️

You are such an inspiration. Reading what you and Kerr are going through has made me cry, I can’t imagine the horror of living through it but it’s heartening that the meds think they’ll be able to make you feel better. You’re never far from my thoughts, sending you so much strength xx

CoffeeLover90 · 12/07/2023 15:05

I'm sorry to read you've had a really rough night, thank you for taking the time to update us.
I was going through a pretty awful time, mentally, when I came across your first post. As I've kept reading, I've realised that if you can smile through this, I can find a smile in me too. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart.

This has always been my favourite poem, it's very simple and now it reminds me of you. Wishing you and your family all the very best of everything life has to offer. Keep slaying the alien ❤️
