You are in my thoughts and prayers every day. Not massively helpful but heart-felt. We get all get exercised about the small, inconsequential things when we should just embrace how wonderful it is to have the privilege of being alive. Thank you Pamela for this life lesson.

I hope the treatment goes well and does its job. And also that you get good pain control. You're a tough cookie and I'm so glad you made that enormous effort to get to London.
