Hi everyone, I’ve created a new thread as I am overwhelmed to see that the last one is full. You have all filled me up with your hope and encouragement. I’m keeping going as long as I possibly can!!

Hello you brilliant, gorgeous woman, I’m so glad you’ve started a new thread. Here with a hand hold. How are you this evening?

StrawberryJelly90 · 30/06/2023 18:23

@WilsonMilson I've been following since your first post but this is my first time posting. I just wanted to say I am thinking of you and your beautiful family x

GayPareeee · 30/06/2023 18:25

Hello, glad sounds a bit trite but gift to know what you are dealing with and more what they can offer as treatment. Hope you remain at home until your appointment on Tuesday.

Did anyone from the MDT discuss either a hospice or pain specialist to help you feel more comfy whilst you wait? As others have said hospice doesn't mean death, they are just ninjas for pain and symptom relief

Keepitonthelow · 30/06/2023 18:25

Well done Pamela, so many people wanting to support you x

Eileen101 · 30/06/2023 18:26

Backtothe90ties · 30/06/2023 18:28

Hi, I’ve been following you since the beginning but I just wanted to pop on and say you are doing so well. The delays you have faced have been so unfair but keep faith. My DH was really unwell by the time he had his diagnosis but the treatment made an incredible difference once it had started. Much love ❤️

Bookworm12345 · 30/06/2023 18:30

I've caught up on your last thread and it had me in tears. I'm so sorry to hear what you've been through and are still going through. Is your church supporting you at this time? I have been praying for you and will continue to do so.

Hi Pamela, I have been with you from the very beginning before your diagnosis, but have never posted.
You have a beautiful family, thank you for sharing your photos.
If you can, focus on getting to your meeting next week. I am crossing everything that you can have a stent fitted and treatment options are opened up to you.
sending you all my love, support and strength. 🌺

JeandeServiette · 30/06/2023 18:33

All the best OP. I've been lurking and reading since your first GP appointment. I have nothing helpful to say but I wish you strength.

JarOfRocks · 30/06/2023 18:33

Just another one joining in, to say you and your family are in my thoughts. Sending you all lots of love. You may not feel it, but you are doing so well x

WinterCarlisle · 30/06/2023 18:34

Checking back in Pamela. How are you feeling? Do you have access to a specialist nurse? They were by far the most supportive and proactive when my Dad when diagnosed with cancer. It sounds like you need far better symptom management while they sort out a treatment plan.

Sending you, Kerr and Jacob a ton of love xx

Songbird74 · 30/06/2023 18:35

sending you love, prayers and strength, Pamela. So much love to you and your lovely family xxx
