Hi everyone, I’ve created a new thread as I am overwhelmed to see that the last one is full. You have all filled me up with your hope and encouragement. I’m keeping going as long as I possibly can!!

I am actually just so bloody relieved to read that you are in a place where you are getting the standard of care you need and deserve. I've followed both threads and it was so distressing that you weren't getting the care should have, and the delays.
All the very very best for the coming days.

EmmaEmerald · 05/07/2023 22:53

So glad you are being treated well... (about time!) it's a sad state of affairs that you have to pay through the nose to get some decent help. Hoping all goes well tomorrow.

New thread before this fills up.
Ok, I truly am done for tonight. Thanks so much everyone.

New thread

AutisticLegoLover · 06/07/2023 10:31

Once again your post has brought tears to my eyes. You are truly amazing. I know we are strangers on this thread but I have been so touched by your story and I think as a nurse I was particularly troubled by the poor treatment you had received up to now and wished I could help. If you were my patient I'd have been ensuring so many things so I'm glad you now have good care. I hope the painkillers are working and you are more comfortable. I'm praying you get your stent in today and am holding your hand from up north.

ThursdayFreedom · 06/07/2023 10:36

I'll see you on the new thread soon.

im incredibly impressed you took the decision to come to London. It takes a LOT of bravery & strength to do that when you're so ill.

Great news they're going to stent you today. I'm so relieved you're finally with medics that make you feel cared about & like they'll do their very best for you. That's what you need.

best wishes for the stinting!!

xx

ThursdayFreedom · 06/07/2023 10:38

Stenting!!

I don't suppose they're expecting you to do a stint on tea trolley just yet!!

xx
