Is anybody else getting weird twinges in their uterus (or for those of you further along did you have this around 6weeks?). I am feeling things, not pains as such but definitely some sort of twinge or sensation. Im hoping this is normal.

confused2025 · 28/07/2025 10:42

@lemons44I've had this and still have this. I think once it’s not a sharp pain it is normal as your uterus is growing x

confused2025 · 28/07/2025 10:42

Also ChatGPT told me it was normal ☺️

lemons44 · 28/07/2025 10:46

Thanks @confused2025

PlanBFertility · 28/07/2025 21:44

Is anyone else experienced mild, non-smelling yellow discharge?

confused2025 · 28/07/2025 21:45

@PlanBFertilityi spoke to the midwife about this on Friday. When I wipe there is some yellow on loo roll. She said it is very normal for this to happen when on progesterone.

lemons44 · 28/07/2025 22:06

@PlanBFertilityyes I am having a yellow-ish discharge too. I found a colour chart and thought mine probably falls more in ‘cream’ colour but it still is a bit yellowy! I didn’t know if it was from my pessaries

lemons44 · 28/07/2025 22:08

@PlanBFertilitymine is similar to the colour of the smallest little pizza slice shape in the white section of this pic

Perfect, thank you very much ❤️

Orangewillow · 29/07/2025 07:31

@PlanBFertility yes I've been having similar! I had brown spotting for ages so any sort of discharge has been worrying me, good to hear your midwife explained it @confused2025, I am on a lot of progesterone as well!

Those of you on progesterone, when will you come off it? My Dr told me 14 weeks which feels a long time, I'm so sick of the injections! Don't mind the pessaries, just want less needles (I'm 11+2 now)

confused2025 · 29/07/2025 09:41

@Orangewillowmy clinic said I could opt to not take it at 8 weeks with no bleed but continuing. They have me scheduled up to week 12 but my midwife said that I will discuss this with my consultant on next appointment to make sure I def don’t need it x

Timetotryagain · 29/07/2025 12:24

@PlanBFertility i have yellow from time to time too (and with my now toddlera pregnancy)

@Orangewillow i had a bit of brown cm around 4.5 weeks nothing since and hopefully nothing more

Hows everyone doing?

PlanBFertility · 29/07/2025 12:29

@Timetotryagain im just living in a constant state of fear that something is going to go wrong. I thought the 5 day wait after collection was bad, then TWW. But no. This is worse! 6 weeks tomorrow (hopefully). Ordered an online HCG blood test, lab received sample so hoping results give some comfort.

how are you?

lemons44 · 29/07/2025 13:08

@PlanBFertilityhow does the online HCG blood test work? Are u sure it is accurate? Wouldn’t want it to be inaccurate and send you into a panic!!

I am the same re: the fear and worry. I have my viability scan on Friday afternoon when I will be 6+4 and I’m just trying to keep busy until then.

PlanBFertility · 29/07/2025 15:09

My results have come back as 9644 which has reassured me somewhat. My last set of bloods last week were 1700 so nice to see progression.

I think I’m just going to have to be brave and wait it out until scan next week eeeek!

confused2025 · 29/07/2025 15:10

@PlanBFertility that is a really good result. I’m so happy for you x @lemons44will be thinking of you on Friday and hopefully for good news. I remember being so afraid to even look at the screen x

Orangewillow · 30/07/2025 18:36

I am so nervous, got my first NHS scan tomorrow, and NIPT test. I've had 3 scans already and everything was just fine but can't shake the feeling something has happened in the last couple of weeks, or the NIPT is going to come back with a problem again (TFMR in 2023). All just very triggering and scary!

PlanBFertility · 30/07/2025 20:29

@Orangewillow best of luck for tomorrow. Seems this anxious feeling never leaves us!

confused2025 · 30/07/2025 20:30

@Orangewillow sending you 🍀 for tomorrow. Will be thinking of you x

Timetotryagain · 30/07/2025 21:27

I am 6+4 and the last few days i havent been retching as much as i was previously and i am like ahh are my symptoms going. But my boobs have gotten sorer and still have the nausea low level just less gagging

@PlanBFertility ooh thats good!!

@Orangewillow good luck for tomorrow 💙

lemonwrighty · 31/07/2025 06:52

@OrangewillowSending you all the luck in the world for your appointment today. I’m not far behind you, I have my first nhs scan the week after next. I don’t think the worry ever goes no matter how many scans you have, I’ve only had 1 and I’m trying my best not to book a private scan every week but it’s hard.

lemons44 · 31/07/2025 09:18

Thinking of you today @Orangewillowit is no wonder you feel so anxious. How long do the test results take to come back?

Orangewillow · 31/07/2025 12:04

Thank you! I actually have no idea, I just asked for it as I'd been told I was eligible for one but am pretty hazy on the details

lemons44 · 31/07/2025 21:24

Hope everything went ok today @Orangewillow

i have my viability scan tomorrow at 6+4. Does anybody know if I am supposed to have a full or empty bladder?

confused2025 · 31/07/2025 21:27

@lemons44 do you know what type of scan it is? If it’s internal, then no but if they scan your stomach then yes, you’ll need a full bladder. Good luck for tomorrow. @Orangewillowhope everything was ok today x
