IVF babies due 2026?

Hi - I couldn’t find a thread but just wondered if anyone else was expecting in 2026 post ivf? I’m due end of Feb so just wanting any similar ladies to chat with!

@SamVan I think it does yes - if taken for a preg related reason in the 4 weeks prior to your due date I believe.

Mixed emotions, I don't feel ready for the baby but so done with work/being pregnant haha. It definitely feels like a slog now, I'm tired and everything is hard work, and my heart burn is ramping up and making me feel sick... but also I'm kind of getting excited now

@OrangewillowI hear you. I do feel a bit anxious about the birth part but I guess it’s too late to turn back now lol. Also v bad heart burn here

@confused2025 yup the prospect of birth is quite scary to me! Ugh sorry you're suffering with heart burn too, it really sucks

Can you ladies help me sense check? The Amazon baby wish list deal is similar to the JL one right? Thinking instead of trying to buy everything from JL at the same time we do our big pram order, we can just do the big pram order to get some discount (the over £1k) one and then use Amazon for the rest in a slower way, as you don’t need to do that in one transaction? This will help reduce my stress over savings and cramming in admin (and prob buying some wrong things or things I don’t use in haste!) but not convinced I have it right…

(Sorry if also see this in the preg board IVF club thread but realised this one has more people who have started shopping or had their babies!)

@magpie234 the Amazon baby list is fab and yeah they’ll ask you for due date and you’ll have a certain amount of time to use it but it’s reasonable and you can buy at your own pace although seems to be a lot of deals on at the minute. Don’t forget to register for boots baby club too as you get more points x

@confused2025 Thanks! Just realised that actually I will almost certainly save more by not rushing to do it all in one huge JL transaction. Especially as lots of the smaller things are at least a bit cheaper on Amazon!
