Hi all, looking to start a chat with anyone transferring February or March time. I have my baseline scan booked in next week and if all goes to plan then I'll start treatment & have my second frozen transfer on 4th March. My first FET in September 2024 sadly failed 😞
Any transfer buddies?

I bet! I reckon you could've tested with FMU this morning with a decent amount of confidence. Test tomorrow?

Orangewillow · 25/02/2025 10:57

Congrats to those with the positive tests, great news!

It's transfer day for me, so nervous! Trying to keep occupied for the next couple of hours before heading to the clinic

GreenLemonade · 25/02/2025 11:04

Good luck @Orangewillow !

@paintfairy you have nerves of steel, I'm impressed!

paintfairy · 25/02/2025 11:07

@GreenLemonade but not knowing, isn't a no? 🤣
@KenIsAnAccessory I reckon tomorrow would provide a definitive answer. In most cases......
@Orangewillow i hope everything goes well! Don't forget the fries! 😁

BellaRosex · 25/02/2025 11:14

@Orangewillow wishing you all the best with your transfer ❤️.

@paintfairy I'm genuinely impressed by your discipline 🤣 but also totally understand the reasons for holding off. Wishing you the best of luck for when you do decide to test 🤞🏻

BellaRosex · 25/02/2025 15:11

Just got my Beta results, > 2500 🥲❤️🥲.

KenIsAnAccessory · 25/02/2025 15:20

Congrats @BellaRosex , that's great

GreenLemonade · 25/02/2025 15:45

Congrats @BellaRosex , that's an amazing beta!

Congratulations 🎊 ❤️! That's a REALLY strong result.
Did you transfer one or two embryos?🤣

GreenLemonade · 25/02/2025 15:54

Thank you! I transferred one embryo and there is only one baby there, I won't even contemplate the other option!😅

BellaRosex · 25/02/2025 16:08

🤣🤣 that's hilarious! Take it as you're just very pregnant with one baby!

How many days post transfer was your beta blood test done? Mine was 13dp5t which makes it day 18.

GreenLemonade · 25/02/2025 16:23

@BellaRosex It was later than yours, I'm 15dp5dt so day 20. Which means if you did a blood test in two days your results would likely be higher than mine 😄

Orangewillow · 25/02/2025 17:01

Transfer done and fries consumed! Let's hope they're a good luck charm. OTD is next Thursday or Friday, so 9/10 days post transfer, the plan is to hold out till then and I know my husband will be really firm about sticking to that timing...

Yay @Orangewillow we've got everything crossed for you!! Hope you're feeling OK! X

juju90 · 25/02/2025 18:06

Hey there, how is everyone doing? is anyone here doing FET on the NHS? I have my nurse appointment to start treatment on March 10 and period should start around the same time, so I really hope I can start in march. If you are doing NHS founded treatment, can you guide me through the process? Did you have to do downregulation before to start? I had 4 miscarriages and we were finally given the chance to do IVF. I did egg collection in Jan and we have 3 (PGT-A tested) viable frozen embryos.. thank you

paintfairy · 25/02/2025 19:39

@Orangewillow that's not too long to wait until test day. I'm glad it went ahead as planned. Good luck.

paintfairy · 26/02/2025 08:42

BFN on a frer for me today sadly. Think it would have shown by now.

GreenLemonade · 26/02/2025 09:00

I'm sorry to hear that @paintfairy

Do you have any more embryos in the freezer?

BellaRosex · 26/02/2025 09:01

Aw I'm so sorry to hear that @paintfairy . When is your OTD? X

paintfairy · 26/02/2025 09:03

@GreenLemonade no more sadly.
@BellaRosex Sunday. I'm day 9.

Really sorry @paintfairy . Be good to yourself. You deserve some tlc ❤️ x

TSHconfusion · 26/02/2025 09:38

@juju90 i am on an NHS FET cycle. I had to use a nasal spray for 4 weeks to turn my cycle off (think this is down reg?) and then had a lining scan and a week later transfer. This is the standard process at my clinic. Hopefully the process will move quickly for you! Were you able to do the PGA testing on NHS or did you pay for that separately?

@paintfairy so sorry to hear your news today

KenIsAnAccessory · 26/02/2025 10:01

Ah so sorry @paintfairy

TSHconfusion · 26/02/2025 10:03

@Orangewillow thats good your clinic don’t make you wait too long to test! I got the mcds chips after too and my husband will also make us wait until test day lol. Good luck!! 🤞🏼

Feliciacat · 26/02/2025 10:40

So sorry to hear your news @paintfairy. Yes, you would be testing positive on a FRER by now. Do you get a blood test at your clinic on OTD? I suppose (it’s only a small chance) that maybe you could be testing negative through urine but a blood test would pick it up. Look after yourself today. Sending love xx
