Anyone starting next month? I'll be on my 4th cycle. I've just bought 2 cycles with manchester fertility and it will be me done. I'm 36, have a low amh of 5.2 and afc 10. I'm doing the estrogen priming protocol so will take estrogen tablets for 7 days starting from day 21. I then take 450 meriofert. I'm not sure whether I am excited or nervous. It has been a year since my last cycle and I'm going to struggle with another loss but wanted to get started again also. No children yet and over 3 years trying. Have blocked tubes and endo xx

I just got a faint positive at 7dp5dt - can't quite believe it. I thought it would be negative and I tested so I could adjust my expectations but now I've got to hold out to Thursday and pray it is real. X

Thanks @Kr0 @OneWaryCat unfortunately I'm cramping and bleeding a lot so it's ended in a chemical pregnancy. I'm pleased to have got to the stage of a positive test though seen as we only had one embryo. I'm now debating whether to start my next round next month or whether to wait 90 days so we can try to improve egg and sperm health (in case that's the issue) does anyone have any advice?

Can you talk to your clinic about why they think fertilisation was low? That might help with next steps.

We only got 2 blasts and I was really surprised at that. I said to DH if this round is not a success then I want to know what plans they can put in place to help make the next one more fruitful as we got a really good number of mature eggs and had ICSI.

Yes I'm going to call my clinic tomorrow and book in my debrief. I'll definitely ask about fertilisation as we used ICSI too. I'm also hoping if they change my protocol I might get more than 3 eggs next time! Probably not going to start my next round until May as I feel like I need a little break x

Sounds like you have a good plan in place. Hope you are taking care of yourself. A little break sounds like a good idea. This can be all consuming and it takes so much effort and energy. Wishing you all the best for the next round.
