I have had an IVF round in November and had a freeze all cycle. I have had a meeting with the consultant this morning and will be doing a FET in late December/early Jan.

Fingers crossed your next beta is higher. I think there is a huge range of what's normal at this early stage

@Daniki i have similar low Beta my 10dp5dt was 28.4 it’s now double or tripled the last two I have had done. They were concerned and said similar to what you have been told. However, they have now put it down to late implantation and as long as it’s doubling every 48 hours the actual number isn’t a concern. I’m now 17dp5dt and my line are dye stealers.

I was going out my mind but the clinic seem fairly relaxed now that it’s been doubling although I’m still really anxious as the numbers are lower than what Dr Google has said it should be. Try not to go down a rabbit hole I have been there this week!

@Daniki my clinic don't even have you test until like 2 weeks after and then, yes, I'd expect a strong line. So your latest test looks fine and on track for that?
I'm impressed your clinic check though, mine don't. Useless.

@paintfairy yes I'm glad they check too cuz at least it's opened my eyes to this 🙈 just going to try and remain positive until next week and see what happens. Biggest fear is ofc an ectopic. can't understand why it all has to be so hard, wish it was an actual stork who dropped babies off 😂

@Daniki i didn’t test until 10dp5dt and my line was faint and did progress until 13dp5dt. Your 10dp5dt looks stronger than mine did

I am still concerned about my Beta but not all embryos implant immediately. Got to keep positive as best we can. 👌🏻 🤞🏻

@Purpleflowers17 this will teach me about testing early! Yes going to try and remain positive it's out of my hands now anyway

Awwww @Daniki so sorry to hear that. Your recent tests do look nice and dark though so hopefully it'll double for your next blood test. It's just never ending worry isn't it?!

I haven't had any bloods as my clinic don't offer it. Would you reccomend having it done privately? My tests have all been a clear positive but now I'm wondering if I'm being niave? My clinic don't want to see me until 6 march for a scan.

@OneWaryCat my clinic don't do bloods either, I'm just waiting out for my scan now

@Eagerlywaiting1990 yep one thing after the other! I'm trying not to go to down the doom & gloom route and remain somewhat hopeful for Tuesday. 🙈

@Daniki I hope everything works out for your pregnancy, and the lower numbers are due to later implantation.

I'm 9dp5dt today, with the plan to test tomorrow. The symptoms I have so far I know have been down to the progesterone pessaries; sore boobs, twinges/cramps and tiredness. But this morning I woke up to a metallic taste, which I know is a pregnancy symptom, so I'm feeling more positive about testing tomorrow. But I'm wondering can the pessaries also cause a metallic taste?

I don't know if the metallic taste I had yesterday was due to the pessaries or just one of those things. But I took my test this morning and it showed my first ever BFP!

It was very brief, only in the morning and didn't affect the taste of anything else. So now I'm thinking it could have been morning breath 😂
