TWW Fresh Embryo Transfer Symptoms

Hi everyone !

I am currently 5 days past a 5 day fresh embryo transfer. I've had slight cramping and lower back pain since day 1 as well as very vivid dreams.
Could these be symptoms that the embryo has implanted ? Or just a side effect of my progesterone pessaries.

We have male infertility factor and my AMH levels and lining were good when I had the transfer. My period is due a week today so I'm now worrying it's just my period coming early before my official test day which would be odd as I'm very regular!

Just feeling a little lonely in this two week wait as I've never wanted something so much !
Any success stories with similar symptoms would be great ?

Hows everyone feeling?
Today I am battling with nausea, like proper sicky feeling 🤢, I look back now to last week thinking that the ‘waves’ were what it’s all about… ha! How naive 🫣😂

I am doing good, I've had bouts of dizziness in the afternoons paired with a little bit of nausea. But apart from that that I feel normal, which I'm hoping is ok ? It's possible to not have loads of symptoms isn't it ?

I do feel tired 24/7 & at the weekend i napped for a few hours each day which is so unlike me ! So hoping that's a positive sign. I tested again on Saturday and still getting dark positives which is good 😌

Sorry you're feeling sick ! Hopefully it's just a feeling and not actually throwing up 😅

@LimeTurtle Absolutely it’s normal to have nothing, something, or the whole shebang! It’s just how our own bodies adapt to the hormone changes and what’s going on ☺️ Roll on scan day 💪💓

All good here just super tired and sane with the nausea its defo hitting me now. I'm almost done with this stinker of a cold which hasn't helped but feeling good and happy. @cbear1989 It is this Friday!! 🥰 I can’t wait, it feels like it’ll confirm that baby is in the right place and that it’s a viable pregnancy. I want to hear it’s little heart beating 🤞🏻 I think it will make it feel real 💓 Any tips on the nausea?

Funnily enough today I've felt really sick all morning so I'm not sure I'm winning the battle haha id say best thing is grazing on whatever you feel helps, I find when I eat it relieves it a bit? Dry cereal is my lifesaver at the mo, just a few little handfuls throughout the day, need something dry!

Hope everyone is doing well, my OTD was yesterday and I got a 2-3 on my digital.

I'm off for my BETA at 9am today so hopefully I will get the results back this afternoon.

Having symptoms on and off sometimes cramps, sometimes headaches.

Still bloated like a balloon 😂😂

In general I feel really strange like I can't believe I've done it , I can't actually believe I've been getting positives. I'm so close to everything I've dreamed of, prayed and wished for. It's such a surreal feeling.

I'm not sure what stage I will actually believe it.

@Natasha90 Congratulations! 🎉 I know what you mean by the when will it actually sink in. I feel the same, maybe at the scan and seeing it’s heart beat I’m thinking that it might feel real then 🤷🏼‍♀️ that or when he/she comes out 🫣😂

I finally had to tell work yesterday as they're doing some risk assessments for me as I have a bit of a manual job. It felt totally surreal talking about it ! I'm still so apprehensive !

Like you said I think once I've had my scan I will feel a little more at ease - who knows 🤣

So lovely so see so much good news, and I agree it defo helps having each other when you just wanna shout it from the rooftops and can't just yet, I'm desperate to tell my mum and mother in law, but know I need to wait 🤣🤣

@cbear1989 To be completely honest, if you’d asked me two days ago I would’ve said yes, I’m counting down the days. But today… I’ve been chucking up and holding back gags all day 😩 I haven’t been able to even concentrate on anything else except my new mantra ‘don’t puke on anyone’
its incredible how much your body can change in 24hrs. I feel rough as a dog, but it’s all for a good cause and this is what I’ve wished for, for 2 and a half years so I keep reminding myself that this day won’t come again and to try and enjoy it 🥰 I can’t wait to hear its heartbeat 🤞🏻and know it’s all worth it!

No ! Like you said it's all worth it in the end ! Not that that helps any 🤣 I have a deep fear of vomit so the thought of getting sickness terrifies me I won't lie ! I'm feeling okay at the moment random bouts of nausea, dizziness and starting to look at certain food and it makes me want to gag 🤣 apart from that I'm feeling good. We are going to Wales this weekend for 4 days for our 1st wedding anniversary so I can't wait for that ! It'll take my mind off the countdown for my scan next Friday 😊

I have really been struggling with all day nausea all week now which is a bit tough but as we all say, it's for an amazing cause right! Still just so grateful and happy.

It was just what I needed ! I'm getting little waves of nausea but nothing too serious. Which is kind of making me stress but I'm trying not to compare symptoms as I know everyone can be different 😌 the scan can't come soon enough now ! I'm so excited. So glad to hear you're doing well too ! 💓

@LimeTurtle bless ya don't worry at all, some women have zero sickness and like you say every woman is so different. I wish mine was waves, I'm struggling to find the get up and go to start on some cleaning today 🤣🤣

@LimeTurtle What I would do for waves… 😩😂 Symptoms don’t mean a thing about how good the pregnancy is, it’s just how each of our bodies get on with the hormone changes. So please don’t worry, everything will be fine! 💓

I feel awful with the nausea which has now become actual vomiting in the morning 👍🏻🤢 Quite emotional at times, had a little cry in the car this morning I think from feeling so rubbish (tired and sick) but then two minutes later feeling like I can conquer the world!
Enjoy your Chinese & sausages for me, I’m stuck with ginger tea and almonds 😒🤣 Roll on second trimester and 🤞🏻 it gets better!
My scan is tomorrow evening… how exciting/nervous!
