TWW Fresh Embryo Transfer Symptoms

Hi everyone !

I am currently 5 days past a 5 day fresh embryo transfer. I've had slight cramping and lower back pain since day 1 as well as very vivid dreams.
Could these be symptoms that the embryo has implanted ? Or just a side effect of my progesterone pessaries.

We have male infertility factor and my AMH levels and lining were good when I had the transfer. My period is due a week today so I'm now worrying it's just my period coming early before my official test day which would be odd as I'm very regular!

Just feeling a little lonely in this two week wait as I've never wanted something so much !
Any success stories with similar symptoms would be great ?

@LimeTurtle bit of both tbh, had some spotting Saturday so was terrified but it had completely gone the next day, haven't had any painful cramps or proper bleeding so trying not to worry but very anxious to see little one and a healthy heart beat tomorrow 🤞💕

Also feeling so rough, felt all day nausea every day for almost 2 weeks now and it's hard work haha but we can do this!!

I'm sorry to hear you had that on Saturday as can imagine you were worried but I'm glad it didn't come to anything ! 💗 all fingers crossed for a perfect scan tomorrow !

I'm feeling good, I actually feel like I'm getting bigger already🤣 it must be the bloat from the pessaries as none of my trousers fit !! I just feel so tired, my nausea came back yesterday evening but seems to have gone again now luckily !

@LimeTurtle I’ve spent all weekend in bed exhausted and nauseous… I’m literally counting down the weeks until ‘supposed’ 12 weeks when it might get better! My light at the end of the tunnel I guess 🫣😂 I’m totally bloated too! I’m thinking that everybody can tell that I’m pregnant and I’m a huge whale 😩😩 but really nobody has noticed and it’s probably only 3cm of difference 😂🤣 How long do you take the pessaries for? I’m 2 a day until 11 weeks then only one a day and then at 12 weeks none.
@cbear1989 everything will be fine 💓 spotting is normal (but scary) it could be a movement, pushing, sex, anything. Don’t worry, as long as it wasn’t painful and it stopped, it’ll be fine. Good luck for tomorrow 🍀💓

I went to London for my friends birthday on Saturday and we did 20,000 steps ! It was so hard to keep up 😓 I was so shattered yesterday and literally didn't move from the sofa all day ! It sounds like I've been so lucky not experiencing really bad nausea. I feel for the 2 of you so much as it can be so awful 💗 I'm just counting down the days to 12 weeks I keep debating doing another scan in between but also don't want to have too many it's so hard ! I just need to trust that everything is ok.

I'm on 3 pessaries a day until 12 weeks 🙃🙃

Bless ya defo make sure you rest up after 20k steps! I feel so guilty at the mo for barely hitting 10k steps every day and not moving my body but they struggle to just wash my hair is enough at the mo, dry shampoo is my best friend... I can't wait to enjoy food again, the weirdest one for me is drinking water, why does it literally taste horrendous to me, having to force myself to drink enough 🥴🥴

@LimeTurtle slightly better than yesterday (yesterday was a baaad day 🤣🤣), but still so so sick, it's starting to drive me a little crazy as it's just constant for me and with nobody even knowing that im pregnant, it's difficult. Also just ordered myself a Subway Uber Eats delivery cos I really wanted chicken and didn't have any in, and tbh even if I had couldn't face prepping it 🤣🤣 but am 8 weeks today which is exciting and have my first midwife appointment booked for nextThursday!

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear you're still really struggling with the sickness 😓 now you've got subway in my head 🤔🤣 that's exciting about your midwife appointment too ! I have mine on the 6th November they text me today. I'm feeling okay, I was starting to worry as symptoms coming and going. Feeling a little crampy today and slight backache but not over thinking as I know these are totally normal symptoms. But I'm so body shattered 27/7🤣 I won't lie I'm so excited but I am really struggling with this like nervous overwhelming feeling this happiness is going to be taken away from me. I have no idea why ! So I did book a private scan for when I'm 9 and a half weeks. I really want to enjoy this time but can't seem to shut my brain off. Is everyone else feeling like this ? Xxx

@LimeTurtle 100% feeling like this. I just want to hear its heartbeat again and know that everything is okay still. It’s terrifying to think that the rug could be pulled from underneath me without me even realizing. I’m having my first midwife appointment Weds 23rd Oct, I’ll be 9 and a half weeks, I’m not sure if they’ll do a scan or not, but if they don’t I’ll be booking a private one in too. The worry won’t do us any good so I think it’s well worth it for peace of mind.
My nausea is still in full force BUT I know recognize that if I am always full (more or less) I’m not gagging 🥳👏 So I look like the Cookie Monster stuffing my face every hour with something!

Okay, that's made me feel so much better reading this. I just feel like I'm going crazy googling and researching every little thing. I've had no indication that anything is wrong so I don't know why I can't seem to relax. Not sure if it's just because it's all I've ever wanted and I don't like the thought it could go away any second. I'm hoping after I make the 12 week scan I will be able to enjoy the moment a little more it's just this crucial first trimester ! Thank you for saying you feel the same and it's not just me ✨
