TWW Fresh Embryo Transfer Symptoms

Hi everyone !

I am currently 5 days past a 5 day fresh embryo transfer. I've had slight cramping and lower back pain since day 1 as well as very vivid dreams.
Could these be symptoms that the embryo has implanted ? Or just a side effect of my progesterone pessaries.

We have male infertility factor and my AMH levels and lining were good when I had the transfer. My period is due a week today so I'm now worrying it's just my period coming early before my official test day which would be odd as I'm very regular!
:(

Just feeling a little lonely in this two week wait as I've never wanted something so much !
Any success stories with similar symptoms would be great ?

Thank you in advance 😊

@Kaybee1989it literally went so fast, he starts nursery 20th January and I will be back at work 😢. It’s going to be horrendous. Then little noises. I miss the night time wake ups so so much. We’ve just started to introduce food he loves it.

How is everyone doing & how are all your bubba's ?🩷

Hello, I am back to work today 😢 such a weird feeling. Little man is thriving crawling and weaning well.

how about you?

LimeTurtle · 21/01/2026 12:08

ah good luck for today ! I bet it does feel so strange ! She's doing really well too, not crawling yet but bum shuffling along the floor ! Well done for little man to be crawling already 🩷 she loves her food too, eats 3 meals a day now 🤣 I wondered how much milk in ounces yours are still drinking along with weaning ? As she's sometimes only having 20oz a day now. We are also battling teething, she's breaking 3 teeth at the same time bless her, but she's taking it like a champ 🥹xx

@LimeTurtle @Natasha90 Hey girlies! Nice to hear from you both 😊 All is well and going too fast still. Little girl got her bottom two teeth for Christmas and is now struggling with another one but I’m not sure where lol She’s weaning slowly due to digestive issues but she’s getting there and I’m so proud of her 🥰 She still takes 120ml of formula every 3-4hrs as well as any extra food she has. She’s quite content just sitting up and isn’t shuffling or crawling yet, I feel like one day she’ll just get up and walk to be honest. The one thing I’d love to get a bit better is the sleeping… she’s waking up at least 2 times at night usually about 1am then 5 am sometimes more often. I can count on one hand the amount of nights she’s slept through 🫣🙄 Any tips? What’s babies favourite food so far? Hers is mango 🥭

LimeTurtle · 21/01/2026 19:55

I feel like same ! As if she won't crawl and just go straight to walking 🥰 I'm glad your little one is doing well ! Mine loved peaches !! She's usually a good sleeper but are won't go in her cot for more than an hour at the minute 🤣 I'm hoping it's just her teeth ! But I'm in the same boat as you. Still a 2am & 5am feeding but then goes 8 hours after that 🙃🙃🤣xx

i feel like his been teething forever and still no teeth.
currently on about 25ish oz a day getting there with the weaning. Still lactose intolerant. I have his dietician tomorrow.

had his first full day of nursery yesterday and first accident form.

glad your all doing well and your babies.

still feels very surreal, I would do it 10 times over x x

LimeTurtle · 21/01/2026 20:59

I felt the same ! As if she was teething from 3 months 🤣 hopefully they'll all pop up at once for him ! Oh bless him, hope he's okay ? 🥲I still can't get over it, it's like a dream. I was wondering if I could ask all your opinions, we've noticed the last few days she's been doing a weird "head bob" forward like 3 times in a row in the evening. I've googled (which is know is the worse thing to do haha) but it says it can be teething, excitement, normal development but can also be a serious sign of west syndrome which is like spasm & epilepsy. So I'm now panicking ! And not sure if I'm over reacting. Do/did any of your babies do this ? It's almost as if she's throwing her head forward in a nod but quite jerky. She's happy as anything but just in my head about it now 😢😌

Hey @LimeTurtlei can’t say I have noticed anything in Matty. If you’re ever unsure it’s best to get checked. Or maybe HF?

Hey girlie's

Nice to hear from you all! Glad bubbas are all doing okay. Maybe we should do a little group chat to touchbase every now and again or run any questions by each other haha - just a thought!

xx
