Thanks for the good luck ladies, just on my way to the scan (it's at 6.45) feeling so anxious! Had a really busy day at work which was a good distraction but now the fear is hitting! Will update you later hopefully with good news 🤞

All good!! So relieved ❤️ baby was being awkward on its side apparently so it was very blob like still, but saw the heartbeat again and the odd bit of movement. Such a lovely experience!!

I've had my "12 week scan" date today, it's on the 9th October, I will be 13w and 4d. I bit worried they won't be able to do all the extra screening. My cousin had her scan at 12w, they couldn't measure everything, booked her for a week late when she was 13w and they said it was too late to do all the extra screening.
I'm having my first midwife appointment in person tomorrow so I will be speaking with her...

@Sangels267 my scan date is 25th September and I’ll be 13 weeks 2 days and been advised as long as it’s before 14 weeks it’s ok. Can you let me know what your midwife says please x

@Sangels267 1st trimester scans can be done until 13+6. It is only too late after you reach week 14, so definitely query it, as at 13+4 you are well within the time frame!

@SH998 I have spoke with midwife, she said it's within the time frame but to ring and see if they will bring forward. I'm just worried because on my 7 week scan the IVF consultant spoke about bringing my due date forward (from 12th april to 5th april due to baby's measures) but he didn't changed and told me to just see on the 12 week scan.

@Sangels267 thanks for the update, I’m sure I’ll be fine as my midwife said between 12-14 weeks. I’ve had 3 scans and none are showing baby more than 1 day ahead so I’m sure I’ll be ok. Hope you manage to get it sorted x

I am a ball of anxiety again, for whatever reason.
Keep thinking that maybe something has gone wrong now, and I wont find out for another 3 weeks...

@SH998 I have decided to book a private scan for the 19th September, that way I will find out if I'm measuring ahead or not. If I'm I can contact the midwife and she can request the scan to be moved forward 😉

@ASGIRC oh no! I had that 2-3 days ago but trying to think positive as I haven't got any signs that something is wrong...I bet it's the same for you

@Sangels267 absolutely, zero reason to think anything might be wrong in any way! No pain, no bleeding, symptoms are still here... Apart from a dream, the other day, of bleeding. but thats all it was, a dream!
My scan was a week ago, and it was all good.

Ive been pretty adamant that I only want to be followed by the NHS, as I dont actually have an OB, but now Im thinking, if I book with an OB, Ill probably get more scans!

@ASGIRC I am the same! And it is also the reason I didn't write anything here because I don't want to sound pathetic 🤦🏻‍♀️
I have my next scan on Sunday, and I keep telling my husband that we will have bad news. My boobs used to be a bit sore in the morning. Not anymore. My nausea has subsided a lot it has almost gone, I only feel full whenever I eat. That's it. Nothing else gives me the feeling that it is still going on. It's miserable feeling like this.

@Charming81 Youre 9+6 as well, right? it is nt unusual for symptoms to subside around this time, as the placenta starts taking over, and hCG levels start dropping.

Im sure your scan will be fine, but I completely get what you mean. Im usually a reasonable person, and I dont feel reasonable at all!

@ASGIRC yes, I am 9+6. I just can't be rational, and I usually am very rational and pragmatic! I would like to enjoy a bit this pregnancy, but I can't help thinking that something good can't certainly be happening to me. Jesus I feel ridiculous, honestly.

@ASGIRC I'm the same!! 😭😭 but different in the sense that what made me anxious is last night when I was hoovering I felt a sudden gush so rushed to the look at it was quite a lot of watery liquid but it had some orangey pinky colour to it, instantly cried my eyes out thinking the worst!!!

@Charming81 nothing you say will sound pathetic, we are all here to support each other so if you got worries, do say!! I think all of us IVFers are anxious due to the process in which we've had to go through to get here x

Hey all. I'm also worrying on and off! But keep reminding myself of stats around how many weeks along, seeing the heartbeat etc. My synptoms are fluctuating each day so I’ve kind of got used to that. However I have also caved and booked another scan for next week 😂 had my booking appointment too and have my 12w scan on the 25th when I'll be 11w6days (scan twins @SH998 !) But even that felt too long to wait.
@wtawtaw I imagine there is all sorts of discharge etc around with the placenta growing, try not to worry, maybe just a sign not to do the hoovering!!
