@Lucy5yearsttc I was so nervous for the scan but it’s such a relief when you see the little flicker of the heartbeat. Good luck for thurs. Xx

@Jane1284 hey lovely we have loads of twins in our family. Mum side no IVF. So it's in my mums genes. I wouldn't mind. My doctor did say there is a possibility as it is a very high number and also aftwr my transfer my postive showed 3 dpt which was really good. I don't mind twins or one I will be happy either way 😍 I have my first scan on 17th. Which is in 2 weeks. And midwife appointment on Tuesday over the phone and then the next one on the 1st March x how are you getting along x

@Frosty91 is so great to hear from you x congratulations on your HCG results they are super amazing 🤩 super super pregnant 🤰

I spoken to EPU and they said might be implantation bleeding 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have zero pain or cramping so they weren't worried
The spotting was very dark brown and stopped after a few hours today iam fine and feeling sick 🤢 like always 🥹

@Jane1284 @laurapop thank you for your reassurance and yes iam using pessaries 3x times a day I insert them with my finger wearing a glove.
It was so worrying imagine waking up 6am and seeing blood I lost it but then I was like okay if it was miscarriage would have gotten worse .
I can't wait for the scan so I can have some peace finally 🥹

@AnnaPr1992 Brown discharge can be old blood that has been in the uterus for a while and is just coming out slowly. It is common in early pregnancy. You did good contacting them and letting them know. I will keep you in my prayers. I really hope your scan goes well❤ I think cramping and bleeding can be worrying but your not cramping so hopefully it's nothing to worry about. Stay strong lovely xx

@Lucy5yearsttc I am EXACTLY the same! Panicking a bit today because my boobs aren't sore like they were last night, even though I tested again this morning and it was the strongest line yet 😖 I worry about everything and I'm off the scale with this. Best of luck with your scan on Thursday, I'll be thinking of you.

@AnnaPr1992 That spotting must have been scary but it sounds like it's completely normal. I'm sure I've read that brown is nothing to worry about. We're scan buddies 😀

@Frosty91 Wow, your HCG levels! Amazing! I can pay to do that at my clinic but I'm such a worrier, I think if they're not sky high I'll panic. We'll see. I always thought I wouldn't mind twins either 🧡🧡 So exciting that you've also got your first midwife appointment. Bet it's all starting to feel very real, in the best way.

My positives are still going strong … why is testing so addictive 😭🙈 sorry if I have missed it but when would our first scan be ?

I still don’t have any symptoms really except I felt hungover yday .. sick dizzy and headachey… maybe it’s my body having Wine withdrawals haha

My symptoms only really came at 6 weeks in my last pregnancy. Was wondering where they were and then suddenly started being sick 5 times a day for 5/6 weeks 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Laura23FE They look super strong to me! I know the lack of / coming and going if symptoms is worrying. I'm worrying about it myself. But I think it's normal. Xx

@Frosty91 well I tried but the GP can't even see me till the 14th Feb 🙄 so I have to get through one more week of work.

Anyone here not getting HCG bloods? Clinic won't do them and I have so much anxiety around my test lines. I don't yet have a dye stealer at 11dpt but I feel like I should. It's really hard not having those numbers.

In terms of symptoms I no longer have any cramping but my boobs are very heavy and painful still. I find myself checking them every day to make sure they still hurt lol

@acaciabluebell does your gp not have e consult online where you can do it online request it. You should be able to ask the receptionist that you need a fit note she can put a request through the GP for you.

Have you tried asking your GP if they can do bloods. If you tell them your pregnant you will get a call back from a midwife 2 days later and she can speak to you and you can put forward you will like bloods. My Clinic said they didn't do bloods. When I told them I had a postive pregnancy test before due date on a clear blue they said come for bloods and they then did it x

@acaciabluebell Don't worry, I only got my first proper dye stealer today at 14dpt. I'm not getting HCG bloods. Unless I crack and pay for it!

It was great being with all you January ladies, but feel a bit out of my depth knowing you are all so far along now and I’m only on day 4 of stims.

i am feeding off all your positive energy though and hoping this cycle is a positive one for me too. First IVF cycle for first baby after 2 years TTC and no hint of a line in all that time.

I’m on a freeze all treatment plan so feel like everything is so drawn out, but I’m actually looking forward to the break from the meds already, and treating myself to some wine!

I’ve found injections to be really tough, mentally and physically. I’ve had a day of crying, dreading each one, and today was the first day for Fyremedal, and my tummy is aching and bloated already. Another week of this and I can’t imagine how I’ll be feeling. Seeing how things are after my first scan will help I think.

This thread has been an absolute god send for me in helping me understand everything, so thank you ladies and good luck in your pregnancies! xx

@countrypunk mine is 17th🙈 nervous and excited. I am starting to get that nausea feeling in the morning and have backpain apart from that all good. Occasionally get the sore boobs but not always. My first day back tomorrow at work after 3 long weeks 🙈 changed my working hours up until 12 weeks of pregnancy. So I'm glad I will get that rest. I'm glad I had the 3 weeks off it was worth it. Dreading going back. I'm enjoying my rest too much 🤣. How are you feeling x

@Frosty91 I am going back to work on Tuesday after 3 lovely weeks 😌 and I will speak to my manager to alter my hours at least to start work a little bit later, till my nausea gets better,
in the morning is unbearable I can't get up.

I haven't insisted a lot on my hours because I got another job back in December and I will be starting in the new post in 3weeks, that is mostly office based job, Monday to Friday till 4pm so I said better to be a bit patient till then..

@Frosty91 unfortunately not all GP clinics are the same, with mine I told them I'm pregnant and that I want HCG bloods and they booked me in for an appointment on 14th February and said I should discuss the bloods and fit note with them then. I probably could have pushed a bit but I guess one more week at work will be okay. The week after I'm on annual leave anyway. My clinic also said no to bloods. So unless I pay privately I won't be getting them.

Aww I’m so happy this thread has been made again!! I’ve been checking back just in case.
Hope you’re all having a chilled weekend.

I had embryo transfer yesterday of a day 5 blastocyst - AA that was hatching. I had no idea how emotional it would be but the embryologist was able to point out the fetus and placenta. We found it honestly the most magical moment, I couldn’t stop crying which wasn’t helping them thread the catheter in 🙈

Had a long wait for news today, but eventually embryologist rang to say another of our embryos has grown slowly overnight and will be able to be frozen - grade BB. So thankful as our numbers were small, 5 mature, 3 fertilised so we were dreading our transfer being cancelled altogether.

Feeling really hopeful for the first time in a long time!

Hi ladies I’m 10dp5dt !! I was going to test this morning but couldn’t bring myself too, my OTD is Thursday ….. I don’t fancy testing before work next week so kind of wish I had plucked up the courage!!

I have no symptoms still apart from maybe some v v v mild ones which I think are in my head.

I have three Frosties Bs and Cs thought, anyone else coming to the end of their 2WW? @ali2021 @clairebella
