FET September

Not sure if there is already a sept thread running?

I'm due to start down reg on the 16th looking to transfer September.
My last transfer was April, I've name changed since then. Last fet failed, I had issues getting my lining up to a suitable thickness and in the end they transferred at 8mm. I had spotting on and off and then I had an extremely faint positive, that same day I started bleeding heavily and it was all over.
I have 8 embryos left and just want to get going again now!

Anyone else starting a fet soon? Would be nice to have people to chat with whilst going through this again 😊
@unknownscot I've tested positive on a pcr.

The cycle is cancelled and all medication stopped. We were so close 💔
I'm so so so sorry for you x

@Prayingforabubba oh no that really sucks! Bloody covid. Hope covid hasn't made you feel too bad X

@Prayingforabubba I am so sorry.

That is unbelievably shit! Very unfair.

Sad

Thought I would pop back and update this thread. Unfortunately I lost the baby at 6.5 weeks, missed miscarriage. Obviously devastated but thankful I had a postive and was pregnant if only for a few weeks. Abit annoyed as still testing postive so have to have yet another scan to check if everything has come away when all I want is my period to arrive so we can get going again !
Not sure what the outcomes of this thread was for everyone but I hope you're all keeping well ❤️

@whatagloriousthingtobe I’m so sorry to hear that. I really hope your next transfer is successful.

After my failed transfer, I had the ERA, Emma and Alice testing. The Emma has come back showing very low levels of good bacteria so I’ve just started a course of antibiotics to try and sort that. It can take some time to rectify (and multiple biopsies) so I’m just trying to get my head around the fact that I’m unlikely to have a transfer any time soon.
