I'm due to start down reg on the 16th looking to transfer September.
My last transfer was April, I've name changed since then. Last fet failed, I had issues getting my lining up to a suitable thickness and in the end they transferred at 8mm. I had spotting on and off and then I had an extremely faint positive, that same day I started bleeding heavily and it was all over.
I have 8 embryos left and just want to get going again now!

Anyone else starting a fet soon? Would be nice to have people to chat with whilst going through this again 😊

Test was negative this morning. Have to test again in two days but I can’t see the result changing. I’m absolutely gutted.

Had a blood test today to check my progesterone levels, I'll find out the result tomorrow

Currently in the middle of the TTW after transfer last week with a natural FET. Our last round, and last transfer. So it's this or nothing!

Previous transfer was from a fresh cycle and positive but then mmc at 9 weeks.

I have never done a test at home before my hcg blood test. At what point after transfer could you see a positive result if it were positive?

@whatagloriousthingtobe I’m with st Mary’s fingers 🤞 for you I have a toddler to want her to have a sibling. I start buserelin on Wednesday do I need to store in fridge?

@sillysmiles I'm not entirely sure, if you have a 5day blast I think some people can get positives start show up anywhere from five days to a week later ? I never got that far as I started bleeding so I can't really answer that question properly sorry ! Wishing you lots of luck 🤞🏻

@whatagloriousthingtobe thanks. Yes it was a 5 day blast. Today is 5 days post transfer. Blood test scheduled for 11 days post. Period due 8 days post so hoping I make it to blood test day.

Embryo officially on board.
That was horrendous, my bladder was so full, I emptied it three times and I still nearly wee'd on the nurse 🤣 in my bladders defense they were running over by 30mins !

I caved in and tested this morning at 8dp5dt. It was BFN, I don’t have much hope as the majority usually get a BFP by now.

Going to take time out for myself and think about next steps.

I had my lining scan today and it's at 12.7mm. I start cyclogest on Sunday and transfer booked for Friday next week. I was wondering can the lining get too thick and interfere with implantation..

@Csparkles I'm not really sure, but I'd love a thick lining like that 😆 as far as I'm aware the thicker the better...

My test date is the 11th October which seems an absolute mission away ! Lots of twinges and stabs today in my pelvis, keep telling myself it's the progesterone ! I wonder why it doesn't do this before the embryo transfer though !

@whatagloriousthingtobe I think the twinges are a good sign as the embryo would be starting to implant. Do you plan on testing early..

@Csparkles that's great news about your lining. I did wonder the same thing but apparently they want to see the lining compact before transfer and when they measured mine at transfer it was thinner than it was when they booked the transfer so you should be all good!

On the lowest dose and I can take these during pregnancy too.

@Dalooah I'm going to try and hold off. I only tested early last time because I started bleeding red blood and thought I just want to know now, it showed a super faint line but by the next day I was passing clots so it was all over. So providing no bleeding I'll hold off.
How's your line progression coming on? When is the official test date, was it this Sunday coming ?

How's every feeling ? I'm 4dp5dt today and feel completely normal ! Last fet I noted down any signs/symptoms etc and I had a lot more going on than this time. I've had twinges and stabs the day after fet but nothing since, so of course thinking it hasn't worked ! Also had a massive massive argument with dp yesterday so feeling guilty about being upset and stressed 😢😢

Blood test today - BFN.
I'm gutted. I was expecting a positive, for no real reason other than I really thought it had worked.
That was our last embryo. We are done.

Sorry to jump in so late - I had my FET today.
3rd cycle of IVF - hoping for my first positive test 🤞🏼

@sillysmiles oh I am so sorry to hear this. My heart is breaking for you. Give yourself some time, you will be grieving atm. Life is cruel sometimes. I hope you're okay, as you can be ❤️
