Hello 👋🏼!! About to embark on the absolutely terrifying process of IVF in June (once my next cycle finishes) and though it might be nice to get chatting to some people going through the same? Meds due tomorrow and bloods booked in for Saturday - Let me know if you are in the same boat would be great to get some support from some fellow infertility warriors ❤️x

@busybee2102 i most definitely agree with you. I bet u must be so excited and nervous all in one go. I can't even imagine being pregnant would feel crazy so i can understand why you feel as you do.

Well I've tested 7 days after transfer and got a BFN. I know it's too early to test but few devastated, just sick of seeing negatives tests

Did you guys have normal periods when you were on down regs. I have some spotting now which is usually when im on period but its so light.

In January (first cycle but cancelled before stims) my period on down regs was painful and heavy. This cycle it was really light - had to be on stims for a few more days as lining was too thick. Three days of barely anything.

@PurpleUnicorn01 how have you got on with your injections?
We started stims again yesterday, second try after poor response last time. They have changed my meds so I'm hoping for different outcome this time 🤞🏼🤞🏼
How is everyone getting on? I hope everyone's journeys are taking them where they want to be ❤️

@Otter3101 im on day 9 now of stims. Not feeling to bad on them actually. My ovaries feel a tad bit sore now and I feel tired. Apart from that all okay. Im on 300 iu menapur and 2 days ago i had around 8 follicles at 8mm. Im hoping they grow for my scan tomorrow.

@PurpleUnicorn01 oh well on your way then! How have you found the injections? Do you do them or your partner? Is this your first round? Sorry about all the questions!
My consultant put me on 375iu menopur this time round; last cycle it was 225 menopur and 150 gonad-f.
You must be happy with those amounts of follicles, fingers crossed they have grown tomorrow. Have they given you any idea when they might do egg collection?
My first scan is Friday xx

@Otter3101 my OH does them. Im a scardy cat lol. The stims sting a bit but apart from that its finem stay hydrated that really helps. I did i have a headache first couple of days but it soon passed. Yes this is my first round. Possible EC on Friday but depends if they grow. Are you excited about your scan? I do feel a bit nervous.

@PurpleUnicorn01 I am excited about my scan but also dreading that it will be the same as last time. Trying to be positive but also trying to balance my expectations if that makes sense? This process is so hard! I also try to look at the bigger picture and think we will get there in the end!
How was your scan? Good news for tomorrow I hope? 🤞🏼
