Morning all,
Sorry I haven't posted for a couple of weeks, we’ve moved house so its been full on & still is!
Many many congrats to all those beautiful bfps, Im really happy for you as I now know how hard IVF is. Sadly my first round didnt work, I started spotting at 7dp3dt which I guess is equivalent to 10dpo & I always start spotting around 10 or 11dpo & it then turned into period. I dont have any in the freezer so Im waiting to hear back from my clinic if I can start next round straight away, hopefully they wont make me wait. Best of luck to those still waiting for their OTD x

Morning all, congratulations for those with BFPs and so much love to those who have had bad news!
I have just had a very tiny amount of spotting at 4dp5dt, hoping this is a good sign and not the start of a period. I will be nervous every time I wipe now!

@Motherofkittens28 I was just thinking of you this morning as we are both 4dp5dt. How are you other than the spotting (which could be a great sign!)? I have no symptoms really, did have heartburn the night before last which I was convinced could be a sign but it has gone now!

@GingerBrummie sorry to hear this. Congratulations on the new house though.

I’m pretty sure that I’ll be going straight into a new cycle so would be great to keep in touch. Will you join the new thread for March/April?

@dragonfly1978 I'm ok thanks, going a little crazy in the tww, especially as I'm off work and getting bored! I was having crampy twinges Sunday and Monday but those seem to have stopped and since yesterday I've been really tired but I worry I'm looking for signs so im seeing them. Still trying to stay really positive. How are you feeling, other than the heartburn? Have you done any testing? Im determined to hold out until OTD but keep getting the desire to test!

@GingerBrummie I'm sorry, I'm in the same books of really early bleeding. I'd be really interested to know if your clinic is planning on changing your protcol. Best of luck with your next cycle

Just had my CD12 scan and still only 1 lead follicle, the second one hasn't grown enough. So looks like we're going to have to convert to an IUI on Friday instead of an egg collection. I know given there's only 1 follicle it's the most sensible plan, but can't help feeling a bit deflated after all the shots and the long wait to get started. It finally felt like we were moving forward but now were back to where we were. Anyway here's hoping the shots at least helped my 1 egg and the IUI might work who knows. We'll try again for IVF the next cycle.

After 2 failed IVFs, I got the happy news today! I am pregnant! My wishes and hopes are with all you girls, I hope you get pregnant soon! Please don't give up, be persistant, stay positive and if it fails in one clinic go to the another, for me the first was a recommmendation and they sucked, doctor was talking on the phone while my embryotransfer @$$%#%#@, the next one I found it from internet, it had great google reviews, very high score, 4,9!! almost unbelievable but I though maybe they are true, and they were true.. with first try there I got pregnant! (with emvryo only 2 days old, well.. if its good, why wait, right? haha)
I know that we will be the best moms because we wanted the pregnancy so much, it did not just happen, we really gave a huge fight for it and we really worth to become mothers! :) xx Maria

Sorry to hear that @GingerBrummie hopefully you won't have to wait long until trying again.

@Dbop100 IUI is still a chance! I know it's not what you planned for, but like you say, maybe all the IVF meds will have worked some magic on that egg and this will be your time. Good luck.

Thanks ladies. @RichmondLady1981 I will certainly be joining another thread but will probably be behind the ladies on the March/April as I think their around egg collection point now so may need to create a new one for April/May!
@2mumlife Sadly I dont think they will make any changes as they think 7dp3dt (10dpo) is enough time to implant so bleeding at 10dpo is okay! I already upped my progesterone to 3 x 400mg pessaries per day. But I will let you know what they say.

@GingerBrummie - I am so sorry, sounds like you have a plan in mind so I always think that helps to keep focus.
Ref bleeding, my clinic state that day 9 on a 5dt is the earliest they would expect bleeding.

@Motherofkittens28 - fingers crossed that it is implantation bleeding - sounds about the right time.

@Dbop100 - still a good chance with IUI :)

congratulations @marianmaria - that's great news with a day 2 as well shows that our bodies are the best place for them!!

After yesterday’s BFP, we did another this morning and had an even stronger one.
Just now I went to toilet, but when I wiped there was tinted pink cervical mucous (TMI a sorry) and I have got a really achey lower back. Am I losing my Pregnancy already??! It’s exactly how my period starts. I don’t know what to do, devastated.

Spoken to the clinic today, upset me of course but feel a little better for the conversation as now know the plan forwards. Assuming there are no issues and I get my normal cycle etc I will have a bleed in the next week ish then I can go again on my next period so 3-4 weeks, no injections this time just tablets and more pessaries then sick another one in. Plus they will keep defrosting them best to worst until one survives ready for transfer so should definitely get another go without a full cycle. Still feels shit but better knowing there is a plan and the wait is not as long as it could have been.

Still taking tonight to feel sorry for myself, bought some beers, sat in the kitchen listening to The Reytons and having a cry whilst waiting for my body weight in Chinese. Real life and forward progression can start tomorrow! 😂

@Nix49816 glad you got some information it’s so frustrating when you don’t feel like you have the plan of action .. I hope the 3 weeks will fly by for you 🤞🏼
I’m starting to become frustrated with my clinic as it seems to be the only one saying protocol you must have at least 2 periods before they start the process of FET

@JessTTC I know it's hard but try not to worry yet. Some spotting in early pregnancy can be normal, so there could be nothing wrong at all. It sounds like a good sign that the line was stronger this working.

@Nix49816 that sounds like the perfect "wallowing in self pity" evening. I'm on cycle 13 in total (1 DC who was conceived on cycle 6). I've had plenty of those evenings and always felt better for it. Good to know you've got a plan for next time too.

Hi everyone, I have been absolutely shocking at posting on here and I’m sorry for that. Congratulations to all the BFPs that I have missed and huge hugs to all those who haven’t had the news they hoped for.

I had my first lining scan for my FET on Thursday and it was only at 4.45mm. Was shocked and disappointed because I’ve always been 7mm when it’s been just me by myself. They sent me away and gave me estradiol patches to add to the tablets and pulled me back in yesterday for another scan, which she said was loads better but still only just 6mm 😩 I thought everything was going to be called off but I had a call on the drive home to say I’m booked in for transfer on Tuesday at 11:30. I’m really apprehensive because my lining is on the thin side, but I have to just trust that they know what they’re doing!

Are people still going on this thread or should I move to the March/April one? I’m not sure if I’m way behind now!

I've started my stims now (Menopur) and so I think my EC might be next Friday. Anyone still near EC or all past now?

After having brown spotting on and off all of yesterday I caved and have done a test this morning....BFP! My first ever positive test, I'm thrilled. Im trying not to get too carried away as the line is still light, but definitely there. I'm 8dp5dt. Will test daily now and see what happens.

As a reminder I'm 31, first cycle. Had plenty of eggs but only ended up with two C blasts, both of which were transferred. It looks like one (or both!) has stuck around so far! I had no notable symptoms until the spotting yesterday. Nipples aren't sensitive either, but they were after trigger. Hopefully symptoms will appear as the HCG increases.

@ThePurpleFairy I have issues with thin lining - it might be worth trying Vitamin E and pomegranate juice just to get that last extra bit, might not help but it won’t hurt .

@jessttc - try not to worry, the progesterone makes your cervix very sensitive.
The line getting darker is good news!

@Nix49816 - you deserve the beers and Chinese, I hope you felt very stuffed last night!
I always find that having a plan gives focus and your clinic sound like they are very knowledgeable and at least you do have frosties.

@Georgia2799 - for a FET mine made me have my break through bleed and then other period, I think, they like to get all of the hormones out.

@MrTumbleTumble - I take my hat off to you, 6 cycles!

@thepurplefairy - yay!! Vit e is meant to be good for building the lining up quickly.

Ref testing, try to go every other day as that's when the HCG doubles 😊
That's what I've been doing and I can now see a very clear difference between 7dp5dt and 11dp5dt

Nothing much to report at my end, just I'm tried, thirsty, hungry and gassy! Oh and maybe TMI but I am so very up for sex! But I'm not sure when to, um get back on the horse?!

I've not been on for a few days as been so busy with work. I'm so sorry to everyone who's not had the news they were hoping for but I wish you all the best going forward and congratulations to any BFP I've missed also.

@JessTTC I also had pink CM when wiping and had terrible cramps yesterday which has since stopped so I decided to test at 8dp5dt and got a BFP on a digital and one on a FRER this morning and I can't believe it!! ❤️

@ThePurpleFairy like mancbear says I would suggest pomegranate juice I was drinking this everyday along with 3 Brazil nuts and still am and I swear it must've helped me as my lining was really thick. So glad you've been booked for transfer
