@HavingFaith try to not stress with this. Its only two days and you are increasing the dose from today. Implantation might happen between friday to tuesday!
So sorry for the delay in getting your result. For any future test please ask them to do it urgent! If you do the test in the morning before 9:30 the result will be available by mid day the same day! And the doctors and nurses will have it!

I’ve booked my blood test for 8.30am on Friday so they better have my results ready the same day! Ha!

@poupou oh that must be a blessing and a curse being more in the know about things! I generally so easy going that I’ve never really asked the specifics and just taken each day or appointment as it came but now I’m raging I don’t know how many mm the lining was 🤣🙈 awel. Hopefully the extra 2mg helps over the next few days!

My scan went well today, starting menopur and bemfola tonight, exciting!! Hope they don't hurt?!

@HavingFaith @ivfjourney5 thank you ladies! Yes trigger is tonight (still waiting for the call on when!) and EC on weds. Unfortunately they found fluid which puts me at risk for OHSS which is annoying, just hoping the buserelin makes it go away as it’s meant to help. Hoping the best for you both too! Xx

That’s great @KassT - great to get moving! I haven’t had bemfola but the menopur was ok. Hopefully you have no issues with them!

Good news - I have an embryo on board. Never thought I would get this far so at the moment I’m smiling. I plan to write a little diary later of TWW plans to keep me sane. It’s not quite 2 weeks which is good - 11 days will still be tough though xx

Congrats @JandL2020 that’s brill! 11 days doesn’t seem as bad as two weeks! Hopefully you can keep busy and it flies in for you

Had my transfer today and 14 days to wait but hoping it’ll whizz by as I’m working this time. During my first transfer (not successful) I was at home and it dragged. Xx

We got 5 eggs at collection! The consultant was expecting 2 as per Fridays scan but the other stragglers had rallied over the weekend and 3 had grown enough. Dh's sample was good so we now have to wait for the update from the embryologist tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed!

@Rumtopft that’s great news!!! We got the same number and 4 made it to full blastocyst so everything crossed for yours too 😁

@AutumnHoping its definitely a lot more stressful and as a very stressed person i dont think i can deal some times! I wasnt a particular fan of alcohol before but now i feel that i would have killed for a class of wine! Hahaha! Be positive and a few days might do the trick!

@KassT pleased the scan went well for you. I found Menopur a bit stingy when it was a fresh container and cold, but the following days with room temp solution was fine.

I am so utterly relieved I could have a little cry. Have had to book our old dog in at the vets on weds and keep looking at him fondly and praying it's nothing too serious. He's got lumps and lesions on his skin and seems so itchy, poor thing.

Congrats on being PUPO @UncleBrynsfishingtrip and @JandL2020!! I'd also thought about keeping a kind of diary after my ET on weds, would be interested to hear how you find writing it. Hope you e got your feet up now!

Brilliant news @Rumtopf - fingers crossed for your little embryos. Sorry to hear about your dog - if it reassures you a little, our little cat has lumps and scabs and the vet thinks it is "just" a skin condition, she seems happy enough in herself but a bit itchy! I hope doggo is ok, it's hard when they're poorly.

We got our dog at the same time we started our second round of ivf and I think it was the best thing. Kept me occupied and made it all seem to go quicker - they really are (wo)mans best friend!

Ah so rubbish @poupou - knowledge isn’t always key! But hopefully you can de-stress.

Thanks everyone 😊 sorry for not tagging everyone/things I’ve missed today. Been so tired I think it’s the progesterone? Anyone experienced this with the pessaries?
During transfer the consultant met a bit of resistance for a while whilst the embryo was travelling up - got me and my partner wondering whether this is why we haven’t conceived naturally? I’m probably over analysing it as usual
We got a lovely little time lapsed video of the embryo they transferred which is amazing to keep regardless of the outcome. In addition the photo is on the fridge in which I sent to my parents “spot the embryo game brink you’ll miss it” 😂 xx

@AutumnHoping fingers crossed the increased dose gives your body that extra little push 😊

My scan went really well today, lining now measuring 11.5mm and follicles have come on leaps and bounds since Saturday, got a few 21mm ones in there so it’s no surprise I feel like my ovaries are about to fall right out my foof 😂 roll on Wednesday, let’s see what the next hurdle brings.

@JandL2020 thanks hun and best of luck for your TWW (or 11 days!!) praying for you. Where was the resistance? In the cervix?

@JenniferRo28 congrats too for your EC on weds! I trigger at 21.30pm so just a little after you haha! Exciting for both of us. How many follicles did you have in total? I had 3 over 21mm and the rest are between 15-20mm so I’m extremely uncomfortable! Lol

@ChicaXS I just checked my notes again and it’s 9.30 i trigger tonight as well not 9, so we are the same time 😊 They counted 12 follicles in total, 3 that were 21mm, 5 that were between 16-19mm and the rest were smaller but hoping they might catch up.

I feel so heavy and sluggish, I’ve been sitting down working most of the day so going to have my dinner then go for a walk see if that helps x

@JenniferRo28 I commend you for going for a walk - for me the walk across my flat is annoyingly painful and uncomfortable. It’s not excruciating for me it a constant stitch And full period pains with a constant full bladder . I have 18 follicles in total so it’s been a bit of a bitch to walk normally. I’ve already decided I’m getting an Uber to the clinic - screw public transport!
