Thank you ladies. I’ve just had some peppermint tea @Rumtopf and no no shoililder tip pain 🤞 and having a rest now. If it continue to be as it is now I’ll ring 111. My clinic is private and I don’t know an out of hours number (though I just think that they’d say they can’t really advise)
No @Minster2012 I’m only 6dp5dt so no positive test. My clinic said to test after 14 days to and no bloods.

I’m hoping it’s wind or indigestion maybe. That can be pretty painful I’ve heard. It’s just the chest that’s throwing me!

Rumtopf · 26/09/2020 17:53

@Minster2012 ours is 10 days after transfer. And then another 3 days if that first one is negative. It's funny how they're all so different.

@Fightingtobepositive glad no shoulder tip pain, take it easy if possible.

I did a test this morning that was negative, mainly as dh was getting v impatient but not surprising as I'm only 7dp5dt. Am feeling a bit under the weather though with a headache and so tired, although I just made a stonking Curry for dinner so that should help clear it.

Minster2012 · 26/09/2020 18:26

Ah right sorry @Fightingtobepositive, hopefully the tea will help 🤞🏻is there not a number on your notes (ours is private too & we have a number) yours is same as us then with the testing

@Rumtopf curry sounds lovely, and I'm sure I will be the same as you on the impatience, I'm already thinking about it pre transfer 🤣🙄

Minster2012 · 26/09/2020 18:27

Sorry, pressed too soon!
@thefishthatcouldwish that's kind of when I'm thinking, 9 or 10 days after, so DH is there did you use a FRER?

thefishthatcouldwish · 26/09/2020 18:51

@Minster2012 yes it was a FRER.

AutumnHoping · 26/09/2020 18:56

@Minster2012 ours is 11 days post transfer by home test. It sure if Covid related or just a change as previous fresh was a blood test 10 days after transfer

Fightingtobepositive · 26/09/2020 19:10

Well I rang out of hours and they have booked me in for 8.30 🙈

@Minster2012 The info on my clinics sheet just says to call the clinic for emergency’s, but when I ring the clinic it just says sorry closed 😕 the tea hasn’t helped 😐

@Rumtopf it is still very early, try again in a few days x

Minster2012 · 26/09/2020 19:30

I'm thinking 10dp5dt on an FRER would be ok cool thank you 🤞🏻

I've got some weird cramping today on my right side which is freaking me out a bit, and the progesterone is doing it's whole interrupting my sleep 🙄but hey ho

Sunshine015 · 26/09/2020 21:25

Thank you all for your kind messages.

Really not coping today and not sure what our next step should be. This was our fourth failed cycle with approx 38 eggs collected across the cycles and not a single one reaching blastocyst or to a BFP at a day 3 transfer 😞

Minster2012 · 26/09/2020 22:29

@Sunshine015 i can't even imagine to think how hard it must be. Can they do embryo testing on them? Is it called PGS?

poupou · 26/09/2020 22:54

I am so so sorry @Sunshine015! I hope you are both ok and you take some time to process it! Sending a big hug honey!
@Eggling and @Alexm06 congrats!!!
@Fightingtobepositive i hope you started to feel better! And i am so sorry for not feeling very well! How is breathing? Is it normal? Maybe if you are still not feeling well i would also advise to call an emergency number and report your symptoms so they will advice you of what is best to do!

poupou · 27/09/2020 01:21

Hello guys,
Quick question: is cyclogest absorbed equally vaginally and rectally? My nurse suggested rectally until ET and then vaginally! Anyone else doing it this way? I am just worried if its Not Absorbed the same and i am missing dosages! Maybe overthinking it and Over stressing.

AutumnHoping · 27/09/2020 08:44

Sorry no idea @poupou but you’d imagine the same. Hopefully just overthinking. How you doing otherwise? At least not much longer to wait now x

UncleBrynsfishingtrip · 27/09/2020 08:46

Test day for me tomorrow 😬😬😬😬😬

Minster2012 · 27/09/2020 08:49

I'm not sure either @poupou but I would have thought so. I do pessaries vaginally & not much comes out 😂

@UncleBrynsfishingtrip 🤞🏻🤞🏻🙌🏻exciting!

poupou · 27/09/2020 08:57

@AutumnHoping and @Minster2012 thank you both! I hope it would be ok! I am stressing over everything now and imagining the worse (last week i thought that the nurses knew that this wont work and that is why there was a delay in refilling my medication) so i really need to calm down! I hope progesterone levels will be fine tmr! @AutumnHoping i am very stressed but at the same time also wanting to get to this stage so i can maybe relax for a bit! Fingers crossed it will be ok! My boobs feel enormous from the progesterone! How are you? How are you feeling and how is the tww going?

AutumnHoping · 27/09/2020 09:03

Ah @poupou it’s so annoying when there’s any doubt - tbf they were probably just being a bit rubbish and that was the delay haha. I’m doing good. Was at family last night for a get together so had to take my progesterone there. I would never usually take a handbag to their house and particularly not into the bathroom so felt so shifty haha. I’m doing ok. Nothing to report. Apart from the one night last week of feeling sore no other symptoms. Boobs still look like two little flat eggs.

Oh how exciting @UncleBrynsfishingtrip and good on you holding out to then!

poupou · 27/09/2020 09:09

@AutumnHoping! Yes i went to the clinic and made a fuss as i have enough stress already! (I am probably The crazy lady)! Ohhh honey the joys of injecting and all the medications of IVF! I know how you feel but as long as noone commented on it dont worry! Boobs feel sore but this is always the case for me prior to AF so i think is the progesterone! I hope you are feeling good and keeping busy!!!! Everyone tells me to stay home and relax for a week and i am like seriously??? I will
Go mental!

Minster2012 · 27/09/2020 09:09

@poupou do you have your progesterone test tomorrow too? I do as well, & Covid test, I'm bricking it about that. in advance of ET on weds.

AutumnHoping · 27/09/2020 09:17

@poupou thanks - yea I doubt anyone noticed - if they had have I was going to say I had my period. I think unfortunately for the doctors and nurses they lose their compassion as it is so routine for them but they can’t grasp how much it means to the patients or how much is at stake etc and often they don’t be on top of their game as much as they should. Whilst stress through can’t be eradicated they def shouldn’t be adding to it! Oh a weeks rest could be hard going. I’m only obviously 3 days post transfer but just getting on as normal so busy and bar remembering to take tablets etc I haven’t thought about it. Well apart from writing here haha. My consultant reminded me at transfer to not go on bed rest and go about my daily business like all the women who get pregnant naturally without knowing.

@Minster2012 have you had a Covid test before? Thankfully I’ve never had to have one (touch wood). Good you’re getting your levels checked

Minster2012 · 27/09/2020 09:47

@AutumnHoping no one will have noticed at all don't worry! Do you do progesterone shots then? Not pessaries? I haven't had a Covid test before no, but i have to have one before ET which is scary coz I get temp checked every time I go in & feel fine& have no symptoms so what if it's positive & I have it but no symptoms I would be devastated 😫😳

Minster2012 · 27/09/2020 09:49

Oh and I'm very much told to carry on as normal just following NHS guidelines of course on eating/drinking and no heavy lifting /twisting but not bed rest in fact exercise is suggested just not massively intense. I've just done Pilates and will continue with light Pilates & we've got 2 active dogs I walk about 8 miles a day

AutumnHoping · 27/09/2020 09:51

No i do the pessaries. Oh I get how you feel - I worry I’ll have a temp when mine is checked but I’m sure you’ll be ok. But I know it’s daunting and just another worry to add to the list. Annoying in a way too that they are happy to rely on temp checks for every other stage.

JandL2020 · 27/09/2020 10:29

@UncleBrynsfishingtrip best of luck for tomorrow. How are you feeling? X

@Minster2012 I’m trying some pilates today. Just waiting for evil bullet to absorb then can get up

@poupou I had to get some progesterone and it was an eye watering £109 to last me up until my first scan. I didn’t realise how expensive it was!

LKSF · 27/09/2020 10:52

My clinic doesn’t test progesterone levels 😩
LFor those of you who do get them checked by your clinic can I ask what happens if your levels are too low? Do they postpone transfer? X
