@Alexm06 the decision was taken out of my hands today to test (in a panic and feeling sick) I would have happily waited until Friday although I probably would have taken a cheeky one tomorrow on my day off x

@JandL2020 yeah I wasn’t planning to my friend got into my head and then I mentioned to my partner and he agreed so just did it. All happened in the space of like an hour Haha

Thanks @poupou. Will just have to sit around all morning waiting on a call from the embryologist to see if thaw went ok and what time to go in. Fingers crossed we be good to go x

Thanks for the kind wishes. Been up half the night thinking having nightmares about breaking the pregnancy tests.

Well took a test just now and it was positive. Feel very happy but overwhelmed. DH is sooo soo happy. He is ringing the clinic with news today to book in a scan.

Now on to the next wait.

Transfer done. Went fine. No partners allowed so went myself. My first egg didn’t thaw out properly - had too many fragments. Thawed another which had some fragmentation but below 50% so was good to transfer. But down about that but trying not to think too much. Went much quicker than my fresh transfer. OTD is 6th October x

Is anyone else getting spots from the progesterone?

@AutumnHoping did they say anything regarding the fragmentation of the embryos? Is there a specific reason if you dont mind me asking?

Thanks girls. Em no @poupou just said it could happen. I think the grading is different depending on clinic as some of the descriptions I’ve heard here are diff to mine but my best was say an A+. That one just seemed to fragment a lot. No apparent reason obv just didn’t survive the thaw. The second they did say that when they looked back at the videos of when it was fresh - it was fragmented then so the thawing actually didn’t do it. But (now I might have this wrong) but almost like they were dead cells just waiting to drop off anyway? I’m so bad I don’t really listen to the commentary just was waiting to hear at Transfer was at least going ahead. You’ll note my terminology is crap haha - ‘looked back at the videos’ lol

Gonna chill now for a few hours and watch tv - then back to norm tomo. Have diff bits and pieces over the wait which will hopefully help it go in quick and works busy so I’m hoping that helps

@Fightingtobepositive not spotty but greasy hair instead, normally wash it every 2 or 3 days and now having to do it every day.
