My DP is carrying on with work as normal, and arranging things to be done for tomorrow in case he cant go in (or i dont let him go in!)!!!

Well I've managed to hold it together so far but Ken Livingstone's speech has got me in tears.

When the IRA bombed London I was living and working there. Although its natural to worry about friends - I certainly did and I've e-mailed relatives in London - London is a big place and the casualties a very small proportion even of those in the centre at the time.

Can I urge anyone who can to go and give blood at their next session, though. I know they are saying there is no problem yet but blood stocks will have been run down by this. As blood can be shipped around even those outside London can help.
