That was exactly what I thought wasting my education, why the hell would any 14 year old be interested in a younger lad, any pretty ish girl would be looking for an older man, all she wanted was sperm and didn't care where it came from.
So there's 3 lives ruined and paid for by the tax payer, yet a fucking again.
And why aren't the parents being held to account for this, surely if your children are having sex that young there's something wrong within the family, my 12 year old lad wouldn't be disaapearing long enough to get his trousers down.

I don't think she can be morally to blame either at that age. Is the age of consent not there because we do not believe younger children to be capable of making a sensible decision at a lower age?

I'm amazed a 15 year old would want to have sex with a 12 year old especially one that looks like he is 8. There's something almost peadophilic about it.

So if he looked older would it be okay then? When my son was 13 he was man-sized and could easily have passed as over 16.

well my BF's DD2 has been seeing her BF for 3yrs now. She's 17 now, he's 1 1/2yrs younger than her.

He does look rather bewildered by the whole thing.

I don't think the parents sound proud. Chantelle's mum said she wished it had been in different circumstances. Alfie's dad said it was crazy and that they don't really understand the implications of having a baby only that the parents will help.

If they weren't in some way proud of it they wouldn't be parading the whole sorry story in front of the media. I certainly wouldn't splash my children across the tabloid press should they find themselves in the same situation.

Presumably the girl's parents will be financially responsible, at least until she turns 16.

I had my baby at 14 and couldn't claim anything other than child benefit.

I just think it's such a sad story. It's really not ideal being a parent at that age.
