The OW looks hard as nails, has written a book on being a 'professional mistress'. Just why am I not surprised? Hailed as celebrity family of the year. What a joke. Poor Tana, hope she gets her pound of flesh out of him.

Just what does a man need? A beautiful wife, 4 lovely, healthy kids, a thriving business empire, money galore...and throwing it all away for a serial mistress that looks cold as ice and calculating.

Makes you depressed, doesn't it?

The whole thing has put me right off pringles.

mabanana · 24/11/2008 12:51

So it will just be the poppers and wine next time, eh? wink

Not only did Gordon Ramsay go out for hamburger when there was steak at home, he went out for Pringles when there were exquisite canapes at work!
Talk about trading down. Ho hum, I expect he likes a bit of rough in all departments.

mabanana · 24/11/2008 12:51

bugger

SilentTerror · 24/11/2008 12:54

Always amazes me why these'celebs' have their affairs in hotels, tabloids probably get tip offs from staff.
I bet loads of celebs are followed by journalists just looking for this sort of thing...

Pigstyle · 24/11/2008 12:57

Am now convinced that Tana just cannot bear Pringles and when mixed with Poppers she sends him out to his lot bit of rough.
And boy is she ruff....

Alexa808 · 24/11/2008 12:59

unfortunately i know all about libel...

There's only one way this can all be heading - GR doing a pot noodle ad...

TheCrackFox · 24/11/2008 13:08

From Ruby: "Well I have heard - through reliable sources - that his 'extra-marital' liasons are not restricted to women!"

My Dh is a chef and I have heard these rumours too. Don't think I believe them, though.

Maiakins · 24/11/2008 13:15

I have heard that sometimes these 'revelations' are actually a smokescreen for bigger secrets, along the lines of the ones Ruby has heard! But surely not GR?

Actually, do we not agree that the 'pringle' fallout will be worse for his image than the infidelity!?!?

rosbif · 24/11/2008 13:47

Do you think the pringles were the posh ones or just the normal rubbish?

MannyMoeAndJack · 24/11/2008 13:57

I would say that Tana's big smile this morning is a mimic of way that Victoria Beckham reacted after the Rebecca Loos thing and David Beckham never did sue did he?...I guess all the sorry details in this latest story will emerge in due course...

TsarChasm · 24/11/2008 13:59

Blimey. When I saw the thread title I thought he hadn't been peeling his own spuds or something.

beeny · 24/11/2008 14:43

For Gods sake will the person who said Phil Vickery is up to no good, give me details

wannaBe · 24/11/2008 14:49

actually I had a lot of sympathy with Ashley cole. Apparently at the time he slept with that woman he was so drunk that he was throwing up at the time. Hardly your average cheating on the wife senario. if the situation had been reversed and someone had had sex with a woman in that state it would have been considered sexual asalt. And let's not forget that there are a lot of people on here who consider that a woman who is that drunk is not capable of giving informed consent.

But someone takes advantage of a man in that kind of drunken state and yet it's still the man who is considered the cheating f**cker. bit of a double standard imo.

WhineyTinker · 24/11/2008 14:50

I haven't read all of the posts but I am surprised if anyone is surprised by this.

He's been playing away from home for years (according to a couple of very close friends of mine)I would imagine his wife knew all about it. They like to protect their brand don't they, a la Beckhams

I feel sorry for the children I can't imagine today was a very nice school day for them.

Did she do a kiss and tell?

BlaDeBla · 24/11/2008 14:50

Maybe he doesn't take long

MyNameIsCherylandIamABeard · 24/11/2008 15:04

Feel sorry for Asley Cole?

The guy is an idiot for not being true to himself.

No wonder he had to get that drunk to sleep with a girl.

NotanOtter · 24/11/2008 15:27

wannabe - find your comments a wee bit disturbing

if he were as drunk as you say - male physiology would surely not allow the act to take place

feeling sorry for him

PinkPussyCat · 24/11/2008 15:30

beeny- With you there... I really want to know more about the Phil Vickery thing too...

wannaBe · 24/11/2008 15:43

why disturbing? It has recently been suggested that if a woman consents to have sex while under the influence of alcohol, that she is not actually in a position to consent and that the man could then be charged with sexual asalt or even rape. But you're suggesting that it's not possible for a woman to take advantage of a man? Are only women ever victims then? . He was drunk. It was very widely reported, (by the woman in question even) that he was throwing up while in the act. Not all men react to alcohol in the same way. There are men who are able to get it up even when drunk. And any woman who has sex with a man while he is throwing up is clearly taking advantage (for the money no doubt).

orangina · 24/11/2008 16:01

God, anyone who goes into that grim amount of (unwanted?) detail about their own marriage (we shag every sunday evening with a bottle of ruinart.... and friday evenings is the shag me with my (smelly?) chefs jacket on night..... etc) must be in some form of denial over SOMETHING. Definitely wanting to keep the brand going. Ugh.

My money is on her knowing all along. The more anyone goes on about how fabulous their marriage/sex life is, the more likely it is that there is SOMETHING to cover up (in celebsville anyway....)

Miyazaki · 24/11/2008 16:05

Doubt very much if any of this is a shock to Mrs R. Think it is pretty much an open secret that he is a serial shagger.

beeny · 24/11/2008 16:07

PinkPussyCat I am getting desperate Fern is always saying how great he is.

MissisBoot · 24/11/2008 16:08

He's on Paul O Grady tonight - wonder what he'll say?

LouMacca · 24/11/2008 16:12

Is he? I wonder if he'll still appear?
