Enough of the race thing! Both "sides" if you can call it that are as bad as the other and as a country "we" should not tolerate this. They need to stop it quickly as its clearly getting worse and then work on the root causes of this.

Agreed. But the vast majority of people who have been involved in such incidents over the past week or so are most likely EDL leaning rather that MDL leaning. And quite possibly already known to the football intelligence officers - so will be easily identifiable by them. My original post was related to the wider protests rather than just what is happening tonight in Birmingham.

Wont be long before we see other Muslim mobs in other cities. The police need to be seen to be acting fairly, treating everyone equally, this will just drive the feeling of unfairness
