I met DH at school (16yo), we went to different unis but stayed together, got married afterwards and been together now for 17 years!

Must be sad for them - any young love breaking up is probably sad for those involved surely. Sure they'll bounce back soon enough though.

My sister met her husband at nursery and they have been married for 11years.

But on this i don't care, but was annoyed when news 24 was "our top story today Prince William and Kate Middleton have split, then then the search for the 5 missing in the north sea has been called off" now call me stupid (feel free i'm going out now) what more important i feel sorry the family who have been left devastated.
