Ok guys, we have been very lucky to discuss this, please lets not give anyone anything to complain about, Mhq have been more than accomodating.

The 'former surgeon' is on his way to give evidence that care can be given in a home setting. That's not the same as saying he's on his way to court to volunteer.

Why, though? They already have such docs involved at GOSH

Well, if they get to take Charlie home how long will the delay be for Charlie to finally be at peace?

Which will get him to his first birthday.

I wouldn't get too excited about the lack of a CV. They've presumably only found this man today.

It just seems incredulous, and dismissive of what the GOSH intensive care team have already said.

There's a serious risk of them instigating a second plan once they get home, surely. This is not at all in CG interests.

Armstrong: Charlie does not have a tracheostomy so his breathing tube may need to be adjusted when he is moved.

Missing time with Charlie cos of the proceedings was entirely her own fault!

I don't want to be mean but she could be with her son right now instead of being in court.
A week more is a week of pain for little Charlie.

3m Armstrong: we believe we can meet the nursing requirements in a home setting

2m Armstrong: this would be for transfer to a hospice, not a family home

Those Nurses are better people than me. They're volunteering to do this.

Which will get him to his first birthday. Its sad that it appears they are wanting to keep him alive just so they can celebrate it. I can only imagine their turmoil but this just feels so sad and wrong.

If nurses have volunteered to help, that is amazing. I'm not a good or kind enough person to volunteer to help if I'd been tarred as a 'murderer' with a broad brush. That's incredibly generous of them.

Judge: I want to deal with nonsensical notion that this is being decided by me because of a system of socialised medicine in this country.

I don't understand, all this wasted time when they want more time..why not use the time with him as they said previously.

Ooh JF coming down hard on the notion of socialised medicine because it is in front of him. Good man.

Judge: it’s pure nonsense to say that this is being decided by a judge because we have a national health service in this country.

It's hideously cruel but what is a week going to be bring?
All they'll do is look at the clock and when the time comes they'll try to ask for another week.

Judge Justice Francis saying he won't respond to everything on social media but idea socialised medicine killing him entirely wrong.

So the wee soul has to potentially suffer for longer because his mum has chosen to be at the court??

That's the time frame they wanted, they have just added emotion to it.

JF well pissed off about the 'socialised medicine' crap. Good for him.
