Yes. If I was a refugee desperate to get to safety I would not want to then jepordise that safety and upset my kind hosts by doing something I was not aware of.

So, if we were all fleeing UK to Saudi, they would be prudent to tell us all, women cover themselves modestly and go round with male escorts and a few other pointers...if you dont, you are likely to have x y and z.
