That's interesting Ronald because the prosecution haven't actually spelt that out, have they (maybe they have but my brain is befuddled!). I sort of knew the jeans nearly on top of the duvet meant something but hadn't picked up on the blood spatters being there would mean jeans or duvet weren't moved by police.
I more picked up on the fact that when he felt and looked for Reeva in the bed, he said he didn't know whether the duvet was on the bed. It's a double or kingsize bed and you would just know without doubt whether the duvet is on the floor or the bed cos it takes up a lot of room. I was amazed how small the bedroom looked and a quilt on the floor would be very obvious.
Obviously there will be defence to come but at the moment, going on what I've seen, I am more convinced of his guilt than ever. I am trying to remain impartial but finding it difficult. We will probably never know whether he was chasing her into the bathroom and whether he shot once, heard her fall on the magazine rack, and took more shots with intent to kill her, but I just hope - for the sake of her family - there is some sort of justice. They are showing such dignity. Whatever the verdict, he needs punishment, he more or less executed another human being when there were other options of escape and safety for him and I don't think there is any escaping that fact.
I do find the supporters outside the court quite nauseous with their flowers, white balloons and shouts of 'we love you Oscar' but I have a feeling they would support him even if it was proved without a shadow of doubt he deliberately killed poor Reeva.
