foxytocin, so you knwo for a fact that she can breastfeed? your comments make me so angry, I couldn't breastfeed either of mine and your comments are not necessary and harmful.

Didn't he say in a TV interview last week (?) that they were mixed feeding?

He said on his This Morning interview that Sam is mostly BFing (he was asked if he was getting up lots at night I think).

Not that it's anyone's business but theirs IMO.

i wondered how long it would take the BF nutters on here to start speculating on how the baby is fed....surprised it took a whole 24 hours to be honest.

it does not make it your business, how his child is fed has no bearing on how he does his job.

I wondered how long it would take for bottlefeeding nutters to take huge offence at breastfeeding nutters objecting to the message in this photo.

And my EBM was a lot yellower than formula so maybe I'm half cow too.

And not that i care or am that interested, when he was on this morning last week he was asked about doing the night feeds he said that his wife was mostly breastfeeding so he couldn't do them as he wasn't correctly equipped. He did also say however that she did have one or 2 bottles in the daytime.

What's with the obsession with feeding atm, there is a thread about ff/ bf everytime I look in active convos, breast feeding is for whoever has breasts and is their choice only, this smacks of fanatacism. You are making a lot of assumptions and it is really none of your business.

I also was waiting for the thread when I saw the photo.

I do think that Sam could act as a breastfeeding role model. Not that she should have to but there is no denying that as a new successful mother in the public eye people will be paying attention to her choices.

I do also think there is an assumption that middle class educated mums breastfeed ( maybe that is why they have nice children ) because they know what is best. Whereas feckless working class types bottle feed so they can drink stella. I know that is not reality but it is the stereotype. This picture challenges that stereotype.
