Did I tell you all about my hand washing I did the other day? The oldest item in the pile was a white silk tie that in the end I chucked as the stain was unmoving and DH not bothered anyway.

The tie had been in the bottom of the wash basket for two house moves.

I have spent a good 15 mins looking at hand washing on You Tube, what a resource!

I have found myself being drawn back to Martha Stewart's website. Lovely things....

Wasting well done on the freebies I've done well too, wc nan has offered me her spare tv because she doesn't use it and mine is so tiny

Very proud of ds, in supermarket he told me he needed a wee and was able to hang on while I got last few bits, got to checkout, decide queues were too long and go to leave basket at customer services and get to the toilet

Ali I was meaning to say those meals all sound good! I think the Freak Diet will be:

• Eat until not hungry anymore not until stuffed (always used to do this naturally but stopped when bf as was otherwise eating/feeling dizzy constantly)

• Eat just my dinner not mine and the dc's

• Drink more water

• Don't have stocks of biscuits etc in 'for guests', I only eat them!

• Have a couple of lower carb main meals a week

• Try to find alternatives to always eating bread at lunch

• Stop cookng with butter/cream so much, I don't think dd needs it anymore and I certainly don't!

And er, actually do some stomach exercises!

Dammit HMHB got in there!
