I hope so. Going to be honest would rather the lack of sleep than something happening that i could have prevented.

I in theory should do something productive but work was super shit and tbh i just want to curl up with a hot water bottle.
I was happily watching a nice calming video about lambing and pissing youtube decided to put a sodding ad with a massive horror jump scare. scared the living daylights out of me. I am not a fan of horror films so it feels kinda unfair. but then i feel the 4 mins plus ads (some have been nearly 2hrs) are unfair too.

I am actually glad i was drinking coffee later than normal. when one of the people wake up i will get them to take over teen watching duty. I suspect he might sleep til lunch and i want sleep before then.

We're here for you too if you need a little extra comforting and maybe a Shovel, space under the patio for 2 and a really solid alibi it is unfair to your DC, but they are still young and resilient and they have you for their mum. They will see who is there for them every second of every day.

As we lurch to the end of Zone 5, I think it only reasonable to share that life has been revolutionised, revolutionised I tell you, by my new duster-thingy for skirting boards, door mouldings and down the back of radiators. It's also very good for dusting bits of DH's World-Class Stereo Set Up, or whatever we're calling it this week. Soon, I hope to persuade him to dust his own damn electronics 🤦!

Today is supposed to be Wallpapering Day, so I had best get up and make coffee to power me up the ladder!

Right whilst he is curled up on the floor with a glass full of water i am going to go sleep. he is fairly coherant although mono syllabic. i am glad i stay up with him. but now for more than 3 hrs of sleep regularly interrupted by a vicious high pitched sound

Morning folks. That well done on getting your work in! I set up the computer yesterday (easier than I thought as I did have the right login info for the Office subscription) so I really must finish unit 2 and crack straight on with unit 3... see if my tutor has actually reappeared yet

Caglets are downstairs enjoying some normality ie playing with a friend!

I OTOH am feeling very lazy and will probably just write my next decluttering to do list rather than actually doing anything in the house.

Did not manage to sleep. have sorted the to do list for getting the issue of the people's next project done. Which basically guarentees I will be failing my last exams because i am not fucking super woman. Expressed pissed offness. Told them to Fix it!!!! Not in the mood to study today which is a massive problem as have so much to do.

Seriously considering cleaning out car and pissing off to the hills. Except middle of the day bank hol weekend is going to be absolutely completely and utterly bat shit!

Ah I remember the chaos of having two under 3! 😬😩

So far today I’ve done some online shopping (clothes for growing Caglets... why must they grow?!) general housework and a little more decluttering.

DS is surprising me by being happy to let go of more things as I mention them, like games he’s not particularly attached to. It’s still difficult to know what order to do the biggest bulk of decluttering in though (living room Kallax units). Today I’m trying to remove more stuff that is neither book nor game.

Have also used new slimline hangers in closets so everything looks more uniform. More space too. Removed child hangers from Ds's closet and gave him our old ones. Sob - he's getting old.
