May I come back to the FlyLady way ? Was Rosabella on a previous thread which was a very long way back! Tried the organised mum method for a while but that didn’t work for me either .......maybe I’m just destined to live in chaos and procrastinating is my speciality! I really wish I was a natural born housewife ! Joined the declutter 1 thing a day thread too because clutter is an issue, clothes, paperwork, toys and outgrown baby things ! I am hoping you lovely lot will help me stay motivated and I will try my best to help you too

Hi just saying a quick hello to everyone. I'm away for a few days repeat of the cooking/ church friends and working for weekend. Should really be staying home to do garden but as DS hasn't been speaking to me over baking mess and hasn't bothered about short break I 'm off down there. Views are fabulous and I hope to get a walk this time.

Mostly been gardening when not at work. Weathers been great. Friend came to do feet and so I had about half an hour before soaking them in garden, mug of tea and magazine serials catch up...bliss.
Wanted to do boudoir but I failed on that as life took over.
Work is hard just now so will be relieved it is half term next week. Will. Come home about Wednesday and have to blitz house then and get work stuff ready. Need to declutter files and files of stuff.

Hope you have a good weekend. I can see you have all been very busy I think we are in chunks cracking this flying. Trouble is minute your back is turned stuff gets messy again.

Morning all. I am tangry (for newbies this is the tired equivalent of hangry) or more accurately so tired I could actually cry! I think this baby is trying to kill me.

So tired I can’t remember if I mentioned, mum asked me the other day why I’m so tired. Errrrm. Why do you think, mother? (Was alright for her, she had one baby - me - who by all accounts was very chilled and slept through the night from a few weeks old.) I am so tired I am probably not going to visit, we were planning to this half term but TBH the thought of the journey just makes me want to cry!

Really glad I got most of the picnic done yesterday, DH has got baby dressed and made the sandwiches this morning. I just need to check the buggy. I think we will go to the Golden Arches for breakfast, sausage pancakes anyone?

My appeals to the doctor if they couldn't give ds something to help his sleep could they give me something to make me sleep was met with "urm no we can't, it would create a massive child protection issue" This blow was soften by the words you are allergic to that class of meds but still

Cag I understand your pain. It is horrible to be so tired. I hope that you manage to get some rest/sleep at some point. OUt of curiosity are you still taking melatonin atm? It can make you feel tired more than if you weren't sometimes - or at least that is what ds reports.

cag I feel for you , my youngest is still a horrid sleeper and she’s 2 tomorrow! We’ve had a handful of sleep throughs over the past couple of months, so there is light at the end of the tunnel. I have always said, she has until 2 then I’ll start being more strict because she will understand more - now that we’re there, I don’t know what the next step is , I was hoping she would’ve figured it out in her own by this time !
