So you have wandered into this corner of MN were the fledglings - a long running but very friendly group welcomes newbies and follows the flylady way to try to get decluttered and on top of the boring stuff in order to have more time for the fun other boring but essential stuff

No idea whose turn it was to run the thread this month but here it the thread and we can figure it out from there.

No bruising,has a headache still,but no worse,debating whether to send him school..anyone awake to give their opinion(need it in next ten mins tbh as he needs time get ready if going in)
Dd2 has fever,headache and sore throat

Cleaned fridge.thus involved scrub up milkshake someone spilled at back of fridge and just put kitchen paper over and left itin process also knocked over tahini and I have sesame oil everywhere towhy can't people just admit it if can't fix it on their own so it's not semi frozen in place when I find it?!

Sorry zoo I'm no expert at all on concussion...I don't know how long you're supposed to give it. Maybe if you're worried you should keep him off though.

Dd slept well last night and seems a lot better for it today. Ds slept well too. I'm not coughing so much now hardly at all but really snotty still and have a bad headache. Think it is going though...

Off to check ds for signs of any spots yet!

This might be too late, sorry Zoo. If you have an MIU easily accessible I'd take DS to that as he's woken up with a headache. I'd keep him off personally.

Aqeuous cream is no longer recommended for children with eczma as it can thin the skin and cause a burning sensation ....

Yes id keep him off too zoo and get him checked if still has headache. Cannot be too careful with heads!

afresh i actually think dd is through the worst of the itching now so hopefully just piriton will be enough today.

Morning all. I didn’t post last night because Cagletini and I were asleep by 10/10.30 respectively! 😱😇 Unfortunately she woke at 1, I think she hadn’t had enough of a feed. So she was then in with me. Argh baby sleep is so complicated. But still. I found it easier to get up this morning so worth it.

Unfortunately I have a sore throat and tummy ache so might stay home while the others go to trampolining. Need to get some home ed done in the middle of the day, then have Badgers later

Slept about 1030-630 so a good sleep again for me but still have head fog / slight head ache this morning

afresh hopefully your good sleep is here to stay and your head/body will adjust to the change! I expect that's why you have head fog. I know the feeling.

Decluttered more of dd toys, wiped her toy kitchen over, her chest of drawers and her windowsill
Decluttered two drawers of clothes in dd room
Got wooden train set out for dc to play together - haven't had it out for ages so bit of a novelty!
Cleaned bathroom sink
Swish and swipe downstairs loo
Daily routine
Got bacon out of freezer for dinner tonight

Put two picures up in dd room
Update food shopping order

I never did finish the photos yesterday so that's back on the to do list!! One day I'll get it done...

Have also had to cancel piano being delivered this weekend so need to rearrange that but might as well wait and see if /when ds gets chicken pox.

I did keep him off.its not a very bad headache,more the fact he's not good at telling if things get worse....

Lil zoo has still got lots pain but had a poo yesterday morning,and just been again so hopefully things will settle down soon!!she's doing schoolwork now

Popped co op on way back.i heard one the staff attacked by her dog(Pitbull type)night before last n serious I'll in hospital.husband is on crutches with heavily bandage foot for ry get dog off her.shes a really lovely girl,has a good laugh with customers

Started rearranging cupboards in kitchen after bought cute organiser boxes reduced at Aldi..I've got two on a shelf in fridge,one full nuts,other seeds(no more sunflower seeds everywhere!!whoo hoo)and am aim rearrange pasta rice and poss may have room some lentils etc😍

OMFG so tired.

Need to leave for badgers soon. Sigh. But the Caglets are putting their clothes away, and we’ve done about an hour on Ireland as planned, baby’s fed. We also did maths and spellings, but realised we could actually do that at the leisure centre on Thursdays - we tend to get there early, so could sit at the cafe bit and do them, since we have to leave so early for trampolining. The more we can fit in to odd moments like that the better. I’m really feeling the guilt at not doing enough with them ATM. That said, the fact they were finding it fun to do the research and stuff today is a really positive sign. We shall see if that translates to enjoying making the poster too. Will do that tomorrow, along with trying potato farls, yum!

Good afternoon fledglings at least I'm doing better this week health-wise. Still got coughs and runny nose but feeling better than I did!

No flying today - DH had a day off work so we had a relaxed morning at home and a pub lunch. Just collected DD from school and now all sitting down with our screens!

I've had a headache all day. Dc are in bed and I think I may also be in bed soon! So tired. Another day of chicken pox quarantine tomorrow starting to get a bit fed up now!

DS is en route a+e with do.he has black circle Les under his eyes and whilst hit left side head just in front his ear he has pain that's worsening on right forehead,paracetol not touching it.been told has been there within the hour by 111(local hospital 20-30 mins away)
Crapping myself as lil zoo bedtime n dd2 not good with blood or people in pain/bleeding/be sick/or shouting I stuck here panicking...

Lil zoo in bed.she ask me if he go be alright.i said the doctors will look after him and she accepted that.dd2 knows it's not that simple and is stressing.ive sent her to have a bath(she's still raging temp,headache and sore throat and tbh is bit marked D's getting all the attention)

Making risotto for mine n her dinner.got breaded fish in freezer for do he was go eat with us but just text so busy eat n I text when I'm way back to lob the fish in with some oven chips

Not got much RL support.no parents and me n my sister don't really get on....

He's had morphine and sitting in waiting room.again.poor dp worked from lunchtime yesterday,was on call in sleep room last night(so don't sleep well as could be awoken at any time) and then came here after fjnist at 2pm.poor bugger hasn't had any tea yet.had a snack on arrival(hot X buns,fig rolls n nuts as he had no time for lunch)....

DS text me on dad's phone I love you mummy n want to come home😢
