Cleaning thread anyone?

Used to do one of these each week but I have become a lazy lazy slob it would seem!

Anyone care to join me with lists and motivation?

Dd3 has just thrown up so thats homework with her off the list and I wont be ferrying dd1 to cheer and back. I need an aupair.

Dinner done, pasta and sauce, quick and easy!

Dh home now thankfully

Oh no ShutUp, I hope she feels better soon.

Tea time was a disaster here, the second I served up and put the baby in her high chair she had a screaming, overtired meltdown and I had to abandon my food, wrestle with her to get her changed, practically force her meds down her as she was too busy screaming to swallow it and then put her in bed. My tea was stone cold by the time I got to it so it has gone straight in the bin and I'll have to make do with some cereal later. Oh well... Ds is just washing the dishes and I've tidied all the baby's toys away in the living room, all washing has been folded and put away apart from what is currently in the dryer but I'll leave that in there overnight. Time to chill out on the sofa now.

Tomorrow's list:

• wash dishes and wipe over kitchen
• washing (think there's 2 loads to do)
• fold and put away clean clothes
• clean out fridge
• write shopping list
• go to Aldi
• go to Costco
• dust living room
• clean downstairs bathroom

Morning everyone

After a fairly disastrous week last week (ill, non-sleeping baby, too much work and husband decorating) I've got 4 days off plus the weekend so fully intend to get loads done this week.

Today's list:

Put online shop away done
3 loads of washing first one in
Put laundry away ongoing
Tidy upstairs done
Walk dog
Tidy and clean kitchen
Make dinner
Take clothes to charity shop
Pick son up from school
Help son with homework
Soak fruit for Xmas pud
Set clothes out for tomorrow
Collect baby from nursery
Bath kids
Sort bags out
Label son's gloves (still not done from last week)

I also nipped to the gp with the baby as the thrush on her tongue hasn't quite cleared up so she has another course of drops for it. Let's hope this one does the trick!

A few jobs to carry over, including the glove naming but it's pretty warm here at the moment so I think he'll survive without his new gloves for another day.

I've also bought a few more Christmas presents and have bought almost everything we were planning in buying. When I got home I went through our budget for the month and worked out we have more money than I thought so need to dig out the kid's Christmas lists to see what else we can afford.

Looks like the Christmas decorations are going up tonight too. Dh has just brought them all down from the attic so we'll get them sorted after tea.

Im currently soaking in bath while teen watchs ds1, have taken pain killers. Need to take teen to cheer at least dh be home to collect her.
