Cleaning thread anyone?

Used to do one of these each week but I have become a lazy lazy slob it would seem!

Anyone care to join me with lists and motivation?

Done;

School run/nursery done
Pick dd3 up from club done
Put wash on done
Clean cat littr done
Fed cats x2 done once
Drop dd1 at cheer done
Pick dd1 up
Dinner done
Food shop done
Dw done
Was and dry dd1 school shirt
Uniforns done
Order dd2 school tights socks abd slippers
Drop xmas food order off done
Bath dd3 and ds1 done
Make pack lunch satnies done
Put ds1 and dd3 to bed one down
Put rubbish out done

Tomorrow's jobs:

• tidy beds
• laundry (if there is any, I'm not sure there's a full load)
• fold and put away any clean washing
• clean sister's house
• pick up baby's meds from chemist
• deep clean living room (didn't do it today)
• deep clean both bathrooms
• empty kitchen bins
• iron uniforms

Good morning everyone. So far today:

Tomorrow's jobs:

• tidy beds done
• laundry. We don't have any but I'm bringing my sister's home with me as she has loads.
• fold and put away any clean washing
• clean sister's house done, I'm at hers now just waiting for the dryer to finish so I can re-make her bed
• pick up baby's meds from chemist
• deep clean living room (didn't do it today)
• deep clean both bathrooms
• empty kitchen bins
• iron uniforms done
• but dd1 some tights for school

Oops, forgot to take out the "tomorrow's jobs" part when I copied and pasted. You get what I mean though...

I'm destined not to clean this living room! I got the baby to sleep, tidied up all her toys, pulled out the swivel chair to clean behind it and my parents turned up! As they left the baby woke so now I can't carry on. Grrrr!

On the plus side I have emptied the kitchen bins, picked up the baby's meds and washed and dried two loads of my sister's washing, the third load is in the dryer now. I'm hoping to drop it all off at her house before she gets home from work so she can get in to a clean house, fresh bed covers and an empty laundry basket, all clothes washed and put away...I wish I had someone to do that for me!

Living room is now clean - finally! I have spent the evening dragging furniture out, cleaning skirting boards and scrubbing the floor on my hands and knees!

That'll do for tomorrow I think.

I'm going to my sister's for a couple of hours in the morning so I'll have a busy afternoon...

Kitchen deep cleaned, two beds stripped and remade (won't be slept in before tomorrow night), I've cleaned all downstairs windows, I'm off to scrub the downstairs toilet while dd1 is playing with the baby...

Right, I'm done for the night. Tomorrow's jobs which all need to be done before lunchtime:

• wash, wipe and put away breakfast dishes
• strip remaining 4 beds
• remake beds
• wash a load of darks
• dry washing and put it away
• quick swizz round with a duster in all 3 bedrooms and the living room
• Hoover bedrooms, stairs, landing and living room rug
• deep clean upstairs bathroom
• sweep and mop downstairs
• empty all bins around the house
• put new shower curtain up
• put out fresh hand towels in the bathrooms
• put new cover on ironing board
• buy a new bra
• buy bread rolls and WINE!
• pack baby's bag ready for overnight stay at MIL's

For now I'm having a quick shower then once the baby is in bed I'm off to my sisters for beer and takeaway - yay!

I have 5 overnight guests coming today so I need to get it all done before they arrive! I'm currently procrastinating and sitting on the sofa cuddling the 16 month old...

Oh yeah you did mention that the other day. God how are you gonna fit 5 people in your place?

The kids and dh are staying out overnight so that we have enough space for everyone.

Ok so far i have:

• washed breakfast dishes
• dettol'd kitchen tops
• paid the utility bills online (not strictly housework but its a bloody chore having to sift through the internet to do it)

Right upstairs to make the beds

The two eldest kids are staying at my parents, the two youngest are staying at mil's and dh is staying at his friend's house. There's too many of them to all stay at one house so they're split between different places!

I am on a fucking roll

Kitchen was a disgrace this morning

I have

Cleared all the recycling
De cluttered the table and worktops
Cleaned all the worktops and the Hob
Washed all the pots except a casserole dish which is soaking
Done two wash loads
Swept the kitchen
Emptied the bathroom bins
Stripped two beds
Put away the shopping
Cleaned the draining board

Oh wow what an upheaval. Who are these people? Royalty?

Right beds made and just chucked some laundry into the washing machine.

Gonna have a cuppa then give the bathroom a quick wipe.

I'm still lying on the sofa... I started well but have ground to a halt! Think I'll have to enlist the help of dd1 to entertain the baby while I hoover upstairs otherwise I'll be sitting here with her all day!
