Cleaning thread anyone?

Used to do one of these each week but I have become a lazy lazy slob it would seem!

Anyone care to join me with lists and motivation?

Downstairs, you have just reminded me. Need to get uniforms out, dd1 will need a shirt ironed. Off to do school run shortly.

Oh and change ds1's bed

How did everyone get on today?

Tomorrow's list is:

• tidy beds
• wash dishes and wipe over kitchen
• laundry
• fold and put away clean clothes
• clean out fridge
• write shopping list
• go to Aldi
• clean sister's house

Didn't do too well yesterday except for making soup and doing a load of washing but have made a good start today - already cleaned bedroom windows, done weekly shop, cleared out fridge and put shopping away.
Still need to:
Do another load of washing
Clean kitchen
Sweep floors.

Today I've

Been to butchers
Picked up referal and book appointment
Ordered repeat script
Took ds to soft play and met friend for lunch and natter
Fed cats
Cleaned litter got sample
Laundry
Dw
Washing up
School runs
Shop for dinner stuff

Tomorrow

Take kitten to vets
Soeak to nursery about swapping ds days next week
Admin
Fed cats
Clean cats room

I have just moved into a new house and it is utterly filthy. Today I have:

Cleaned the inside of every cupboard and drawer in the kitchen
Cleaned the cooker and worktops
Unpacked all the food and kitchen stuff
Scrubbed down the slippy moss covered patio stones
Cleaned the downstairs toilet
Breakfast and lunch for DD, cleaning high chair afterwards and washing up
Changed DD's clothes and put them in to soak after a leaky nappy (yuck)
Tried to clean the disgusting oven, only a partial success, phoned an oven cleaning company
I'm about to make dinner.

I have work tomorrow but will try to get something useful done before I leave.

Hi everyone. I haven't done a single thing on my list today. I took the baby swimming this morning and then just...erm...sat. I parked my arse on the sofa and didn't do a single household task. Ah well, tomorrow's another day. I have just made tea for the 3 girls, I'll do the dishes once they're finished and I'll make Dh's and Ds' tea in a bit which they can clean up after.

I'll bath the baby and put her to bed and then do a quick clear up downstairs and then give up til tomorrow I think. No idea why I feel so lazy today!

I am feeling the same Kim! Am going to get a neifhbour to take DD3 to school in the morning. Have loads to do

Hw with dd3 done
Uniforms sorted
Currently putting dd3 to bed while dh puts ds1 to bed
Need to do hw with dd2

I'm back. Tea has been cooked and eaten, Ds is currently washing the dishes (trained him well!), living room tidied, bins emptied and the 3 youngest asleep. Brew and eastenders now. Tomorrow's list - which I will definitely do this time - is:

• go food shopping
• ring round a few taxi companies to get prices for a night out
• dust living room
• sweep and mop floors downstairs
• laundry

• get flea treatment from the vets
• put flea treatment on cats

Can't think of any more right now, I'm sure there was something else I needed to do but it's slipped my mind.

Morning all I'm up and sat with a coffee but this will be where the next few hours go lol

Morning. My main task today is the weekly deep clean of the kitchen. Got to take my car back into the dealership today aswell as they messed up my media screen when they did the service the other week but at least they are given me a courtesey car this time so no buses for me today

So far:
washed dishes
made the beds
done quick wipe over bathroom, squirted domestos down the loo
binmen have been so have collected the bins up from outside

DH has taken DS to school. I'm off to take car into the dearlership. Wondering what courtesey car i will be getting.

Morning. I've not moved yet apart from to make the kid's packed lunches and a cup of tea. I'm currently having cuddles with the little'un while she has her bottle and watches The Clangers. She's getting tired so I'll put her to bed once all the older ones have left for school (1 down, 2 to go) and then I'll make a start.
