lol Kim at you yaying dh going out.

Hi Shutup you been busy and still more to do?? Shock

Kim82 · 31/10/2015 17:57

He's going out. Yay! I love it when he goes out sometimes. Means I get the TV to myself to watch trash without being moaned at.

All jobs are done now apart from folding the last lot of washing which be just taken out of the dryer. I'm just going to wrap the baby up and nip to the shop (dh has taken the girls trick or treating - Ds can be on sweet duty for 10 mins) then I can relax for the night.

Pointlessfan · 31/10/2015 19:09

I just have not managed to get going today, it's like all my energy has just drained away. Need some motivation for tomorrow!

Kim82 · 31/10/2015 19:17

I was like that quite a bit last week Pointless, I just couldn't get moving for some reason. Hope you get your mojo back tomorrow.

Tomorrow's jobs for me are:

  • tidy beds
  • wash dishes and wipe over kitchen
  • empty bins
  • put bins out the front ready for bin men on Monday
  • laundry
  • fold and put away clean clothes
  • iron uniforms
  • force the kids to finish off any homework
  • go to Costco
  • make a curry for tea (I'd better go get the chicken out the freezer now)
  • clean all inside windows
  • take down and put away Halloween decs
Pointlessfan · 01/11/2015 07:43

Thanks Kim, you always seem to get stuff done, you're amazing!
Just 2 tasks today:
Change/wash bed sheets
Clean windows as I didn't get round to it all week.
Will also pull up weeds from patio if I get time as I think I need some fresh air.

afreshstartplease · 01/11/2015 07:43

Morning all

After yesterday's productiveness I somehow find myself sat in an absolute tip again

Argh!

Heyheyheygoodbye · 01/11/2015 09:24

Oh no fresh! It's outrageous that housework doesn't stay done forever once it's done frankly Grin

Ok loft/supermarket were done yesterday. Today's list:

Take down Halloween decs
Help DH fix top of door
Put away clean washing and sling in another load
Plan meals/shopping list for this week
Start planning menu for big family meal at end of Nov

Plus church and visit in-laws. Have a great Sunday everyone Halloween Smile

Kim82 · 01/11/2015 09:29
  • tidy beds done
  • wash dishes and wipe over kitchen

  • laundry washer on
  • fold and put away clean clothes

  • go to Costco
  • make a curry for tea (I'd better go get the chicken out the freezer now)
  • clean all inside windows
  • take down and put away Halloween decs done

Can't be bothered moving again for now so I'll have a brew and a shower (not at the same time) to see if that motivates me.

  • tidy beds done
  • wash dishes and wipe over kitchen done
  • empty bins done
  • put bins out the front ready for bin men on Monday done
  • laundry one load in washer, another in dryer
  • fold and put away clean clothes
  • iron uniforms
  • force the kids to finish off any homework done
  • go to Costco
  • make a curry for tea (I'd better go get the chicken out the freezer now)
  • clean all inside windows done all but the girls' room, baby is asleep in there
  • take down and put away Halloween decs done

I've also just had to strip our bed again as hungover dh - who has just fallen back to sleep on the sofa - picked up a glass of coke from the bedside table (his hangover cure) and he spilt it all over the bed - pillock! He can remake it later, I'm not doing it again after only having changed the sheets yesterday! I've also has to strip the covers from the spare bed as Ds' friend used them last night so that's another bed that needs remaking. I think I'll make dh do that one too later.

I can't do anything else until the baby wakes up as I forgot to take the girls' uniforms out of the wardrobe before I put her to bed. When she wakes I'll quickly wash the windows while she waits in her cot then nip to Costco and do the ironing while she eats her lunch.

All that needs doing then is to make dd2 do her homework when she gets home from sil's, make a curry for tea and fold the washing as it dries.

afreshstartplease · 01/11/2015 11:38

Kitchen is mopped
Mop now sat in bleach
Table is clear
Clutter from table is rehomed
Lunch is on

Watching some TV with dd while I recharge

Right. I was last to bed last night so the house still looks pretty tidy this morning. I should get my jobs done pretty quickly today. I'm just waiting for the eldest two to set off to school (8 yr old isn't back til tomorrow) then I'll make a start.

It is lovely and foggy today so I'm looking forward to getting wrapped up and taking the two girls for a nice walk and to jump through all the leaves on the floor later.
