Hello all!!!

Ahhhhh, four glorious days at the seaside. Smile

Dave - not far from Cambridge (15 miles south-ish).

No list but have in the last hour:

  • emptied DW
  • emptied WM and put in dryer/hung up
  • put Ocado shop away
  • Tidied and Hoovered house

Have a dilemma - my mum and dad are having lunch with some friends literally just up the road. I have no idea what time they are coming back, I can't call as no signal where they are, but I need to go out.... what to do?

They don't have a key and although I would happily leave side door open for 20 minutes and a note in the letter box to tell them of that, my mother will never ever stop on at me if I do, so not worth the hassle.

Annoying!

They upset me this morning (but are far too selfish to have even realised the consequences of their actions) so part of me is "stuff em" and be out of here, they can simply wait, but equally, that still seems a bit mean and I don't want to do "tit for tat" selfish behaviour.

Hmmm. Suspect I will need to wait!

Hello Freaky 'Dentist!!'

DH is back to work tomorrow, boooo :( It has been so lovely having him around, DS1 has loved both of us being here.
My Mum is coming tomorrow and staying until Tuesday so I have a couple more days of help until I'm on my own!

Tidy spare room for Mum
Have a sort out of my wardrobe to make room for non-mat clothes
Bag up mat clothes for charity
Tidy our bedroom

Morning all!!

I managed to track the phone number of where they were and leave a message not to rush as I was heading off briefly... Though even when they did turn up later, they were more interested in telling us what they had for lunch than wondering how we/the children/our house project etc all were. They are just in such a bubble, absolutely no thought or idea of what anyone else in the world is doing. And we hadn't seen them since Christmas! Anyway, it will never change, and we know it, but we still get wound up by it every time it happens....

DENTIST Freaki.

Last of the warm days, it seems, so we need to get out and make the most.

Ali - i know i know but it's so frustrating, esp as baby seems to have dropped so pelvis is achier than normal and i'm finding simple stuff hard work. (like putting socks on Hmm!)

Well, had a nice afternoon out in local town gardens and maze. Took us best part of 30 minutes to find our way to the middle though (and then only with help!) Blush and it's not exactly big (or difficult)

Anyway, started to rain just as we got in the car, so that's it, summer over hey?!

I tend to ignore all the global warming crap, but seriously what is going on with the weather, I thought my car windscreen was coming in yesterday with the hail

Right have dd1s dancing day so need to go sort dinner, ds is making his first confession tomorrow night so I shifted dd2 to dancing yesterday, but still need a quick dinner for tomorrow night too

still have ironing to put away,
socks to sort ( all other smalls sorted an put away YEAH)
hang up washing
measure dd1 for dance show costume and pay fees(yuck)
dd2 measured
