Evening everyone :)

No not going solo yet, thank God! DH is off this week, and then my Mum is coming again next Monday-Tuesday so I've got 8 more days until the boys (I love saying that!!) and I are left to our own devices.

I am going to write a little done list for today because it does feel like normality is slowing returning :) Section scar is healing up pretty well, I can already get up and down off the floor and sleep comfortably on my side - things which took about 3 weeks after I had DS1. Now if only DS2 would learn to open his mouth a bit wider when he feeds so that my nipples weren't in shreds we would be getting somewhere!

Anon these are collective tasks, not just me :) I am taking it really easy, but I've been totally zoned out of all the domestic stuff since I got home and it actually feels quite nice to be back in charge of operations!
But now that we are down to only 2 pairs of adult hands to deal with a lively toddler and a baby that won't sleep anywhere except sprawled on an adult, it is going to get harder

Sounds like you need something stronger than a coffee, after all that lot! Chucking out all that important filing scrap paper is immensely satisfying!

JKS - I too have the Oven Pride, just afraid to use it. Read the instructions, all gloved up this morning, but seeing as it was a grot day and me and two small children and a silly dog were all pretty much indoors all day, windows and doors unlikely to be open, in a compact four roomed house, and there isn't even a kitchen door I could close, I figured it was not the day to gas us all/burn skin etc. So I very carefully folded the bag and gloves back up again! Never mind! At least I thought about it!
