I always feel sad that my two aren't into Harry Potter, particularly as there's loads of HP merchandise just crying out to go into the Christmas backpack stocking.

Dd is home! She's feeling very overwhelmed! She was very cool until ahe saw her horse and he ran to her and neighed, then she cried.

We've opened the wine. I think the next 2 weeks are going to be expensive as far as alcohol goes.

DH is picking up DS1 on Friday and DS2 on Saturday but we are going to stay with friends for a weekend of pre Christmas going out and drinks, so the DC will be dog sitting/home alone 😊
Looking forward to having them both home, although I’m sure they will be instantly bored!

Ds is travelling back home at the weekend. I must remind him to get to the train station early as it’s the last weekend of the Christmas market & from what I’ve heard, there is a queuing system to get on trains... No tree here yet but will get one over the weekend
