Pheonix I think staying off booze for 3 months is absolutely fantastic - don't beat yourself up about slipping tonight. When you see your chn tomorrow you'll find the strength you need.

Phoenix, realistically Pissed once in 3 months is downright virtuous. Stop beating yourself up! I got WANKERED last night - doesn't mean I have to do it tonight, or indeed ever again! Out of 90 days, one day of drunkeness does not make you a failure - it makes you a success! For one night drunk, you spent 89 nights sobor! That really is amazing, it's not a failure at all, just your low self esteem making you feel like one.

Yes, you are pissed. As are many people tonight, and as I was last night. Being drunk doesn't make you a failure, stop drinking now and go to bed. It's not all or nothing.

No way! Dont want to go into too much but I've experienced feeing like this once. Had a suicide very close to me. You have your children and you are there mum that they love. Your life if valued because you are a mum. Please see that. I would devastate your childrens lives.

Pheonix you are stronger than you think - you didn't drink for 3 months and everyone agrees that's something to be really proud of.
