News of Allen Carr has jolted a few people!! Anyone out there wish to form a "Let smoking Go" club?

There are few things that smell more sweetly than a cauli-powered fart. Or is it just me. Only kidding!

How are we this bright day??? More flagging for me today....fell asleep last night on the sofa...siff as a board today...

Ooh I HATE those places, cc, talking of smelly, they all seem to be very sweaty and claustrophobic. Dd always ends up hot, frustrated and in tears, I don't know why she wants to go ...

Ummm ... re. cauliflower power I think your nasal passages have been damaged by too much smoking ...

I'm on day 3 and apart from the odd pangs finding it relatively ok. Suddenly, strangely, the determination I felt I was lacking has arrived and I'm enjoying it. This morning I met up with my best mate (a 'secret' smoker) and her dd and I couldn't quite bear to break it to her that I've quit as I'm her confidante about it. We never smoke when out and about with the dd's and I avoided her offers of coming back to her place which would inevitably lead to a swift one while the girls play upstairs. That would have been my first real temptation to have 'just one' and I need a few more days of cold turkeying it before I face that kind of situation with confidence.

I really really REALLY can't bear to fail this time. Keep talking to me guys, you're such a help.

I must confess to having killer cravings for the last hour or so and being very glad that I absolutely emptied every possible place in the entire flat where a stray smoke may have been found. I think I may have succumbed. Now I'm safe as not going out again tonight so no chance to fail.

Weird how it creeps up on you when you think you're so ahead ... Really yucky empty lung feeling cravings. urg...

Everyone, this is VVV whom you may not know, but over the weeks I have become a bit of a VVV groupie...stylish and direct.
