I can’t be the only one laughing at this question 😂

It’s baby sick when warmed up and thrush when it isn’t.

disgusting stuff.

DancehallDays · 11/02/2026 20:23

It's lovely on a jacket with a splodge of Branston. Must be full fat Longleys, though. The fat free one can get in the bin!

Crikeyalmighty · 11/02/2026 20:26

I like it rolled up inside ham - the chive one works best, so I make long nitrate free ham and cottage cheese cigar shaped rolls

Jacket spud with a load of butter

On a rice cake with a grind of salt and pepper.

Straight out the tub with a spoon.

I actually used to have on a jacket with beans but I’ve not had it in ages. I assume it must have been nice as I used to have it quite regularly 😂

Oh nice idea I have some ham in the freezer.

Ooh, what about a bit of mustard spread on the ham?

With marmite, by the spoon. Perfection

fruitbrewhaha · 11/02/2026 20:30

With kimchi on a cracker

ArcticBells · 11/02/2026 20:30

It’s diet boot camp and I’m afraid there’s no way of passing it off as anything else

Illbefinejustbloodyfine · 11/02/2026 20:30

On ryvita, multi grain. Grind of pepper, or sliced tomato, or drizzle of hot honey.

I cant find longley farm apart from the pineapple one, which i was unimpressed with! (And not because of the pineapple!)

likelysuspect · 11/02/2026 20:31

I have not had this for ages and ages and ages.

I used to get my LF in Home Bargains and then all of a sudden they stopped doing it!!!

Can you believe it.

I had to go cold turkey. Not knowing whether I would ever see it again

I found it in a different mini grocers this week, couldnt believe my luck

Ive had a few spoons standing at the worktop, straight up. Of course

Then had my chilli and jam dollops

I like plenty of salt on my LF

Either with bacon fried very crispy in a baked potato, or with sugar and strawberries.

crascenda · 11/02/2026 20:33

The texture is shite, to me anyway so the only way I'll use it is if I blend it down and add to beaten eggs + whatever to make a frittata type thing. I don't really taste it then and it works well that way for me.

callmemargo · 11/02/2026 20:33

I'm planning to try this bread

Titsywoo · 11/02/2026 20:34

I thought it was disgusting but then I tried the Longley Farm one and did like it. I need to experiment though as so far I have only tried on a jacket potato.

Coffeebadge · 11/02/2026 20:41

Chopped up bacon and pasta.
Jacket potato
Just on its own 🤣 I love it.

Laska2Meryls · 11/02/2026 20:48

Small dollop( like 2 dessert spoons) in bowl with a few blueberries.. Oh yes,.... but we have Grahams here as no LF available (but full fat definitely)

Springflowersyay · 11/02/2026 20:50

With sliced apple. Perfect as a snack or meal.

WonderingAndOverthinking · 11/02/2026 20:51

I don’t. It’s vile 🤢

Phew not just me that feel sick just thinking about it. 🤮

Laska2Meryls · 11/02/2026 20:52

Also in a sandwich with peanut butter, marmite and chopped celery and a bit of lettuce - little gem for preference.. ( You could also put a splash of sweet chilli sauce in if you wanted to gild the lily ) ... Absolutely effing utterly Banging

Marmite27 · 11/02/2026 20:52

Pineapple, straight up on ritz crackers. Plain on ritz crackers with everything bagel seasoning. Chive can get in the bin.

Longley only, I go without if it’s not available.

TheActualQueen · 11/02/2026 20:53

I need to try!
Would it go with peanut butter?
