I bought the Lidl one today. I've had it before and thought it was an OK 2nd to Longleys. I've revised my opinion. It's still OK but in no way as good. Longleys just can't be bettered.

My DD 16yrs loves it (and it has to be Longley Farm) mixed with chopped avocado. I've been giving that to her since she was little.

This stuff from Sainsbury's is heaven in a tub. Thick and creamy with proper chunks of mango.

Oh and the mixed berries is Devine. I are the whole lot in one go!

Not sure if this has been said - Morrisons stock the LF cottage cheese. You all just influenced me to buy it. I haven't eaten cottage cheese in about 15 years! I hope it's better than I remember!

Ps. I've never seen so many positive reviews for a product whilst shopping online. Have you all been writing them?!

Yes, also Asda, Waitrose, M&S, Iceland. Tesco and Sainsbury’s are missing a trick here.

I usually shop at Morrisons, and visit Waitrose or M&S every couple of weeks. The natural LF has been out of stock in all of them for about a month but I’m pleased to report my dogs just accepted a dollop of the pineapple one with their breakfast!

I have mine mixed with tuna, chopped cornichons, sun dried tomatoes, capers, black pepper, smoked paprika & lemon juice, all on Kallo corn cakes. Lovely wfh lunch.

Cottage cheese update

So as I said I bought the Grahams, was not impressed with that one

I bought the Lidl as advised, not too bad, tolerable, dare I say even enjoyable, but it has to be room temperature

Now I have the brand someone mentioned Piatnica which I found in Tesco

Very nice flavour but Im surprised how wet and separate it is.

Scooped up on to prawn cocktail crisps. Minging I know! Or straight out the tub if it’s the pineapple one. I used to make a lot of slimming world quiches years ago with cottage cheese but used the crap stuff for those. Like shite was I wasting perfectly good LF to make those
