Also loving the bean salads! @toastofthetown@myrtleWilson the Moroccan one really surprised me as I’ve always told myself I’m not a fan of harissa and it was delicious!

Black Lime Salmon, Simple Too, Ottolenghi
This was simple and tasty, perfect for a weekday. Didn’t blow me away, but it was solid and I would make again. It was my first dip into my new cook book! I’m hopeful it will give me my spark back, I’ve felt pretty uninspired lately, but flicking through this there were so many recipes that appealed.

@SummaLuvin I don’t have the book but my YouTube home page is taken over by Ottolenghi’s channel at the moment so I have a Simple Too recipe planned in this week

Moroccan chickpea salad - Emily on Toast
My least favourite of the bean salads so far, but my husband said it was his favourite. Probably because I’m not pepper lover, but still a simple delicious salad.

Vegan banh mi - Rainbow Plant Life
I’ve been a devotee to Meera Sodha’s vegan banh mi recipe for years, but I watched this video and was curious. I liked the addition of the pate which feels more traditional, but I preferred Meera’s style of tofu mince. I liked the saltwater tofu drying method and will definitely be borrowing that.
