Anybody want to share? In no particular order:
Brazilian stew with palm hearts - recipe from Lad Iguanas
Cauliflower cheese and jacket spuds
Nigella's fish finger bhorta
Thai green curry with tofu
Shallot tart with rocket salad
Veggie chilli

Roast chicken, roasted carrots, parsnips, potatoes, stuffing, sprouts, Yorkshire pudding, cranberry...tonight, can't wait.

Rest of week

Leftover chilli from the freezer, tortilla chips, pico de gallo, soured cream
Aloo gobi, naan, raita, kachumber salad
Chicken thigh, chorizo, red onion and potato tray bake with orange and thyme
Veg tacos with sweet corn and feta salad, sweet potato to wedges

I still come to find this post for weekly inspiration. I can't find the new menu thread? Or there doesn't seem to be one that lists people's meal plans. I'll be back soon when I've got my inspiration.
