please critique our dinner

I'd be really grateful if you lot would critique our dinner tonight, to see how healthy/nutritious it is.

Each plate had:

55g rump steak
2 X baby potatoes roasted in olive oil
1/4 pink onion, roasted with pots
60g champignons, sautéed in butter
130g mixed salad
10g crispy noodles (on salad)
Approx 3tbsp mustard gravy, made with steak juices, tbsp wholegrain mustard, and a few gravy granules

Industrial granules, so huge each granule had to be transported in in a wheelbarrow but yet all the actual food is so tiny that it is dwarfed by a teaspoon.

Nice to see that the great Mumsnet fear of double carbs is alive and well, because anyone stuffing them selves with those two baby potatoes and sprinkling of noodles is on a fast track to obesity and diabetes.

Ah, now OP's potatoes are about the diameter of the bracelet sitting on my desk, and probably fine. Mine are the teaspoon ones sentences self to two tiny potatoes for unpardonable typo upthread

Potato need to get kale's publicist on the case and improves its public image.

Can you get teaspoon shaped potatoes? That would make comparisons a lot easier.

Baby potatoes here are about 2.5" long and 1.5" wide, as I think they probably are everywhere.
But that's just a normal potato what size are your normal ones?

OP, are you maybe confusing baby potatoes and new potatoes?
