A 'tea tonight?' thread anyone?

So.... Is anyone interested in a thread where we all say what we are having for tea / dinner depending on where you live, and I can steal your lovely ideas. Hopefully we could share ideas?
We are having turkey burgers in buns with corn on the cob and salad tonight, homemade pizza tomorrow.

Steak, homemade seasoned oven chips and salad.

Raclette! God it's lush. Got the proper cheese and some crusty bread, new potatoes, olives and salad, and some chorizo to cook on top.

And Malbec

We've had a roast so roast beef,Yorkshire pud, roast potatoes and parsnips, mashed swede, carrots and cabbage and jam sponge and custard for pudding.

Anyone got any tips for eatting avocados at lunch time? I want them but I cant transport them to lunch time without iccky brown.

georgia I used to bring a whole avocado to work for lunch and just eat with a knife and spoon. You can run the knife round the stone to cut it in half length ways, then take out the stone and eat it with a spoon.

Sausages, onions, red peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and pasta in a creamy tomato sauce with a cheesey top I'm excited!

Going to copy lilydaisyrose as I have smoked salmon and crème fraiche to use up!

carbonara with a side salad tonight for us

LadyAntonella I think that might be the only option to stop it going gross. I wouldn't eat it on its own as it's too rich. But love adding it to a salad or something. Will have to bring a little Avocado kit on the tube :P

Also have found an avocado pasta recipe I'm dying to try out but its a 'serve immediately' kinda thing. Will post once I try it.

Bubble and squeak, cold roast beef and a fried egg here.Pretty much yesterday's leftovers.

Roast chicken, mash and veg. Neither child will entertain any vaguely summery meal

Mmm love lots of the dinners tonight. We have had tuna steaks, thanks to advice I've had here. Served them with wraps, salad and corn on the cob. Quite enjoyed them.

Liver and bacon with mash, fried onion, peas and gravy.

Beetroot, feta and roasted veg cous cous salad.

We had a disastrous chilli! Did my usual trick of forgetting to buy half the ingredients and having to improvise half way through. Pizza topped chicken, actifry chips and a big salad tomorrow though

Tacos! OH had normal beef tacos, I had black bean tacos. Both with salsa, guacamole and grated cheese. It was bloody lovely!

Yesterday we had caramelised onion and feta tart with new potatoes and salad, was lush!
Tonight is stuffed red peppers with rice and cheesy nachos, can't wait! And DD will actually eat it (she refused all the tart topping yesterday and instead just ate her way round the edge of the pastry) so that's a winner too.

What do you stuff your peppers with please? That sounds yum!

Hoping that my avocado's are squishy.
Spaghetti. Avocado, blitzed with olive oil garlic and basil. throw in some cherry tomatoes (I cant eat raw tomatoes so will fry them up quickly).

I've not tried it before so looking forward to testing!

Pawn pasta with a creamy tomato sauce.

I was going to have egg & potato curry. I've never had it before & was really looking forward to trying it.
But I feel really ill today - long term health problems - so I'm going back to bed and dh will have to have toast when he comes in.
I really wanted that curry!

Tonight I'm having pasta with grated courgette, peasants rocket.

Though I think my housemate swiped some of my pasta last night so well have to see
